Valentina Mayakova walked into the Rebel HQ looking for the front desk to sign up. She was to avenge the unnecessary death of her sister. Ivanova was only 12 when she died. It was time for vengeance. Iva had tripped in line at the grocerie store and some food was ruined. Ever since the drought food had been scarce. Everybody else forgived her. It was an accident. She had even cleaned it up. But the fascist government didn't. A day later they came and took her. They made us watch as they vaporized her in the V.D.R. (Vaporizing Death Ray). My family and I cried for months. But now its time for action. The droughts over. We have food. A republic is going to reign now. Weather they like it or not.
As she waited for them to come back out from looking at the application form, she sat down and looked around her.
