The part

"OMG OMG OMGEEEEE" said Bridget, "I am so excited for the auditions"

"How can you be? I am a nervous reck. I am practically biting my arm off"

The audition solos for the production of swan lake, were solos from different scenes.there were about 200 dancers auditioning, and now, there are twenty left.
Anastasia was the last to perform her dance to II Andante Allegro.

"Thank you all for auditioning and showcasing your wonderful talents on the stage, you are all beautiful dancers and have a lot of potential; unfortunately, only some get to be the best." Ms.Svetlana Had announced this to the dancers after auditions.
"The results will be posted outside of the auditorium promptly at 3 o'clock tomorrow."

"So Anastasia, how do you think you did?"

Pretty good...I guess, I think I could do better though."

"Why are you always so hard on yourself?! Everyone who is anyone was holding their breath during your performance!! You were amazing. Me on the other hand...."

"Don't even say it. You and me both know that you did fantastic so...just no."

~3:00pm~ next day
There was a loud screech as Anastasia and Bridget approached the cast list.

"Oh My God!!!!!!
I got the part! I got Odette!"

Me and Anastasia looked at each other puzzled. Bridget said that Sofia probably just got the understudy.
We were wrong.
"Yes!" Said Bridget in excitement, "I got Odellie"
Bridget was always better at doing darker roles that is why she auditioned for Odellie, and got it.

"WHAT?!!!"
"I didn't get the part! I didn't even get into the corps, and I'm not an understudy!" Said Anastasia in half sadness and half anger
"WAIT WHAT?!!, Sofia got the part? Nooooo!!"

I exited the building with full anger, yet I was too overwhelmed to notice that I was sobbing too. I ran out murmuring "I didn't get the part! I didn't get the part...I DIDNT GET THE PART!!"
