You ever been the last to be pick for mostly everything growing up. I have whether it was basketball, kickball, tag , hide and seek or flag football . It didn't really matter if I was first or last because a person's position doesn't make or break them in the long run of things . The most important time in your life where position was the most important was when you were conceived. You were picked by God out of 400 trillion other sperm cells ! The creator pick you as his number draft pick into the world and yet we value man's status of us more than him ! You may never be drafted by the NBA, MBL, NFL, or NHL in the near future but in this present moment you are number one of one to God . Jeremiah Ch 1 v 5 states he knew you before you were conceived in your mother's womb. You don't have to be a top athlete ,artist , or etc in the world to be known. You are known by the one who created the world ! I just try to imagine how I looked before I was a sperm cell sometimes friend and yet I can fathom it at all . When you are told something negative about how you look or sound , speak Jeremiah Ch 1 v 5 in your spirit and let those naysayers know that they are loved and known by the same God who made made you .
Why do we value the opinions of others so much ?
A. I don't know
B. It's because we all want to be accepted
C. It's lonely being different
D. None above
Naysayers could be strangers or closed love ones that have opinions we value because we once them but we shouldn't value them more than God's opinion of us . Those negative opinion are like seeds that grow low self-esteem , depression , and lack of self love in the depths of our very soul . It takes away the fire in us to enjoy life and God's people . The enemy only comes to steal , kill and destroy who you are ! Don't do the job for him by allowing negative opinions of others derail your self love . Accolades , awards and to be recognize for what you can do is nice but not as fulfilling as being able to acknowledge someone for their talent or uniqueness by being their self .To exist in a space of complete peace is one of the greatest rewards you are given by the goodness of God .

A. Your soul (God)
B. Love for people
C. Your physique
D. Your personality
E. Your attitude
Continue to cherish who you are and what you love to do . You are wonderfully and fearfully made by God who knows the hairs on your head . Never forget you are God's number one draft pick .
