Shivangi's pov

It was an actully boring lecture going on so i started to think what would my life if he has not betrayed me we were so happy together

But he has to destroythat by cheating on me for god knows how long i would never have been known till date if that day i accidentally didn't went to surprise  him but fate is cruel insted i got shock from that day i sweared to god that i won't trust any boy in relationship weather he be good or bad i surely don't want another heart break

But once again my mind went off to that person why did he cheated on me was i not good enough for him to take or the reason he was with me was only to fuck me when i didn't allow he cheated on me

And for God's sake not even once he called to explain it's not like i would have forgive him but he should have tried if he was in love with me but no he never came back he not even once tried to stop me...

My thoughts were disturbed by a throat cleaning beside me and i knew exactly whom that voice belong

I snapped towards him to continue him about what he wanted to speak

" professor asked you to bring you back from your la la la land so i was just obeying him" mohsin said

And then regret flashed though my mind that i was lost in the middle of a fucking class

After covering my emotions of guilt i faced professor he just raised his eyebrow but didn't speak anything i just guessed he didn't acknowledged if i was attentive or not but anyway why should he it is my place to keep my priority my study not to remember boy that bastard used me or hurted me

So without going any further i started paying attention to what he was saying or rather what he was teaching

Sonn after some time lecture got over so i rushed out of class bcoz i was in no mood to talk or argue with mr.akdu (mr.rude)

So i went to cafe to just be with my friends rahul ,dhaval,aditi
.

.
But the view got me shocked like hell

It was decorated the similar way he decorated when he proposed me that means someone's gonna propose someone let's hope she or he whoever it is dont have a fate like mine

Not wanted to face that i went to corner that is fixed for our group

So i went to corner and stood there as tables were full of decorations and then after 5-10 mins Dhaval came we did a friendly hug it's just a gesture towards each other to show we are affectionate and stood there in comfortable silence after few mins Dhaval spoke

"Did u knew there was going to be a party here?"Dhaval asked

"Nope i just came to know that there is something going on here anyways i was here to get refreshments from lecture but i think that lectures are better than this u know right?" I said with irritating smirk on my face because i was actually affected by this things i hated this typical promises that people give to each other i hated the way that they even can't keep their promise but that's not my place to judge let's make them their decision

A sigh escaped my mouth  and as i was about to leave the cafe of cource i crossed the table that was decorated as if that was Main spot when i reached that table someone made a clapping sound and rose petals started to fall on me.

I backed away knowing that i was ruining someone's planing for his/her date so i decided to  turned  around and start walking out of cafe before it gets more awkward

So just as i was about to turn the scene unfolded in from of me put me in shock like what the hell is going on with my life what's this

Rahul was on his knee in front of me holding a ring and a bouquet of lily as i love
.

.
He knew everything from my past he even knew that what this may affect me god he even knew it will bring all my bitter memories back but still

.
I can't believe he is the same rahul who promised me to be a friend a brother to me but still he chose this
.

I was not able to speak anything arey i was not even able to figure out that wheather it's a dream or reality or just i was hallucinating

Mohsin's pov

I was standing in corner of cafe watching the scene unfolded in front of me

I was too engrossed in my thoughts that i didn't even saw that she left the cafe
.

.
So i too went after her to check actully what's going on in her mind i thought i lost her today but no i was wrong she left the cafe i even wonder did she even  gave an answer ?

So i pushed my thought and tried to follow her and there she was in the corner crying her eyes out  but why? wasn't Rahul her best friend didn't she trust her enough

I tapped on her shoulder she wiped her tears and turned around

"What are u doing here?" She asked
I wonder is she playing dumb game?
Or she really can't see that she was the one who came runnig from cafe after her best friend proposed her but instead i asked

"why did u ran away when rahul proposed u ? Didn't u trust him enough to let in ? Or did u already have someone in your life u just dont want to picture that? "

She opened her mouth  to speak something but closed  instead and got up and was about to leave when i held her with her arm

She was glaring at me like she would swallow me anytime but i knew i mean i had a instinct that something is wrong with her today's incident provoked something in her mind let's hope she tells me
"Why are u ignoring me ?I'm not dumb i can see pain in your eyes! why did u reject him ? Is something related to your past? Is something hunting deep inside u?"
