Chapter 3 Rescuing the village & love confession

Y/N P.O.V.

After I was attacked by her, she looked like that she wanted to kill me.

Kureha:"I can't let you go. You need to be killed."

Y/N:"Even though you wanted to return a favour to me?"

Kureha:"What are you talking about?"

Y/N:"Forget about it. Why are you so eager to kill me?"

Kureha:"You killed knights of the Jioral Kingdom and you expected that you will get away from that?!"

When she said this, she dashed at me and tried to slash me. She is a quick attacker but I saw a chance and used my sword. In the next moment, her sword flew away from her hand. I knocked her out before she could do something stupid. I picked her up and chained her up. We quickly went to the inn and put her on the bed. After some time, she still didn't wake up. It was getting late when she finally woke up. I heard how she was suprised and shocked. I turned to her and saw that she is more shocked to see me.

Kureha:"What are you trying to do with me?"

Y/N:"If I really wanted to kill you, I had it done."

Kureha:"You have a point."

Y/N:"Anyways, don't you remember me?"

Kureha:*looks closer at Y/N, then is more shocked* "Wait, aren't you Y/N L/N?"

Y/N:*smiles* "Yes, it's me."

Kureha:*starts to cry* "But why did you fake your death?"

Y/N:"I had to do that because I can't allow that the Jioral Kingdom will observe me. This kingdom is corrupted and needs to be destroyed."

Kureha:"But didn't you swore to protect this kingdom?"

Y/N:"I just said those words so the king and the priest will trust me. I know that it's hard for you to believe. Another thing is that I can't kill you."

Kureha:"You can't kill me? Why?"

Y/N:"Because I developed  a crush on you."

Kureha:*starts to blush* "You have feelings for me?"

Y/N:"Yes, I have. Another thing is that I looked up to you. From you, I have the strength and the braveness."

I saw how she started to blush even more.

Kureha:"I appreciate your feelings but one thing I don't understand."

Y/N:"What thing do you not understand?"

Kureha:"Is the first princess really dead?"

Freya:"I had to fake my death because I was about to be killed."

Kureha:*looks at Freya who is looking like Flare* "Princess Flare! You are alive. I am glad to see you."

Freya:"It's okay. I asked Y/N to save my life. He also saw the corruption in this kingdom. I kinda would say that he first came with the idea to destroy this kingdom."

Kureha:"I see. It's unbelievable for me. I fought for the justice in this kingdom for so long and I have learn about the corruption in this kingdom. I need to think over what is true justice."

Y/N:"How about joining us?"

Kureha:"You really wanna have me on your journey?"

Y/N:"You are the best swordman I know in this kingdom. It would be great to have you on our side."

Kureha:"You helped me once and so I will return the favour."

Y/N:*smiles at her* "Glad to have you on our side."
