Sicily POV
I groan, and stretch my arms. I slip out of bed, and go downstairs. Mom's making eggs while Dad is still asleep.
"Good morning, honey!" Mom says cheerfully. "Morning." I say. "How'd you sleep?" She asks. "Okay, I guess. I had no dreams." I say. "Well, that's good. Oh, and your dad and I have a mission today. We have to leave in an hour, at the latest." Mom says. "So agents will be coming here soon to get me and Guppy." I say.
Mom nods as she puts the eggs on four plates. "Go wake your dad and sister, please." She instructs. I head up to Mom and Dad's room, and wake Dad before heading to Guppy's room. I carry her downstairs, her waking up as I do.
"Morning." She groans. "Hi, sweetie!" Mom says, taking Guppy for me. I sit down at the island, and start eating. "So, Daddy and I have a mission today, Gup." Mom says. "You have to go be superheroes?" Guppy asks. Mom nods as Dad comes downstairs, dressed in his Sharkboy costume. "Your food's here, honey." Mom says, giving him his plate.
We eat breakfast, talking, before Mom goes to get ready in her Lavagirl costume. While she's getting ready, I get dressed for the day, helping Guppy, too. She insists on bringing her bag with her every time we go to headquarters.
We put on our shoes, and go downstairs. Mom and Dad hug us one more time before they leave. Guppy and I sit on the stairs, waiting.
I pull out my phone, texting my friend, Fast Forward. After about ten minutes, agents show up at the door. Guppy and I bound to the car, and get in. They drive us to Heroics Headquarters.
