Back to present day:

Kenma Pov:

I wake up looking at my ceiling.

Today is the wedding...

I turned over to look at my nightstand grabbing my phone.

6:47am... Let's get this over with.

With a sigh I got up from my bed, and walked over to my bathroom.

"Well I look like shit-" I just chuckled to myself, I opened the bathroom cabinet and took my medication. After I decided to start this hell of a day with a shower.

No One's Pov:

After getting ready Kenma walked over to the kitchen, and saw the time on the stove.

"SHIT- IT'S ALREADY 8:35-" He was soon cut off by one of his coughing attacks. Kenma tried to grab his glass of water which was on the table.

....BAM...

Kenma wasn't able to reach the glass. He was knocked out cold on the floor.

At The Wedding (Church):

The now married couple started greeting the guests as they all walked in the Church. (By this time the ceremony has passed).

"Alice! Kuroo! Congratulations! May you both have a blessed life together!" congratulated Yaku to the couple,

"Ah, thank you Yaku! But I have a question- where's Kenma?" asked Kuroo, sounding kind of pissed off.

Yaku stood and thought for a while, "Thinking about it, I haven't seen him all this time?"

Akaashi heard that sentence, he left Bokuto running out the church leaving everyone in shock again.

"Bokubro- you have to control your man, this is the second time he runs out of an important event!"

Bokuto was speechless. "I- What the hell man- If Akaashi left like that it's for a good damn reason!"

"Whatever," Kuroo sighed.

Akaashi ran to his car and started dialing Kenma's number hoping he would answer.

Akaashi Pov:

"COME ON ANSWER THE PHONE DAMN IT!" I threw the phone onto the passenger seat. This feeling wasnt normal, these stupid negitive thoughts cant leave my head...

After arriving to Kenma's apartment:

No One's Pov:

Police were everywhere. An ambulance was parked in front of Kenma's apartment complex. Akaashi parked his car and ran to the police.

"SIR PLEASE LET ME SEE HIM I KNOW HIM!!" Akaashi begged with tears going down his face.

"Mr. Do you know Mr. Kozume?"

"YES, YES! JUST LET ME SEE HIM!!"

The officer sighed letting Akaashi run to the ambulance. Kenma was in the ambulance bed, barely breathing. He turned to face Akaashi.

"A-akaa-s-shi..." Kenma whispered, holding onto Akaashi's hand.

"I'm here! I promise I won't leave!"

The paramedic pulled Akaashi back. "Sir meet us at the hospital downtown as fast as possible!"

Akaashi nodded, and ran back to his car.

At The Hospital:

Akaashi walked back and forth around the waiting room waiting for the permission to go see Kenma. Soon later, a young lady came down from Kenma's room,

"Keiji Akaashi?" she tapped onto his shoulder,

"H-huh? Yes, that me!"

"You may see him, but I need you to understand that he may well... die any moment. So please be ready if he does during your visit."

Akaashi nodded, understanding all the conditions. He opened Kenma's room door and sat beside him on a chair.

"Im so sorry..." Kenma apologized.

"Kenma... no don't, it's not your fault..." Akaashi felt himself on the verge of crying again.

"Keiji, I don't know how i can repay you... I understand that this may be my last seconds here... but you're the only one who came to say your final goodbye..."

"Kenma, promise me you'll still visit me even if you're not here..."

Kenma chuckled, letting out a small cough. "I promise..." He smiled pulling Akaashi into a hug.

There was a long silence. But this silence was peaceful.
