A dark, dark shadow filled the air and suddenly everything became gray. It wasn't the same. The children playing outside were given lectures, school was closed and a new grave came. It wasn't just any grave. This was the grave of 14 year old Louiseana.
- ROYAL, WAKE UP!!!
I woke up to the sound of my mom screaming my name. What day was today? Right, sunday. The day of the funeral. A tear ran across my face. Next to me laid the diary of the girl who once was my best friend, Louiseana. How could I not have noticed? I looked down at my skin who was as smooth as a feather, now had scratches all over.
I was mad at myself. It was my fault. I could have changed it. I could have changed her fate. I could have done something, something for Gods sake! I started crying again. My mom walked into the room. Before i could say anything, she hugged me. I can't remember the last time we hugged like this.
Our realationship wasn't bad at all but.. I guess I just grew up. I'm only 14, but society makes us this way. The words from Louiseana herself. She told me that once, how could I not have noticed her depression? I took my hair and dragged it with both my hands. I started crying even more and my mom tried to stop me.
- It's okay, we don't have to go if you don't want to, my mom said trying to keep it together for me.
