New World

WELCOME WELCOME WELCOME to my very first story on wattpad. I've had multiple different ideas floating around in my head and finally decided to start writing it down! Yay! Enjoy.

'Aaahhhh' A yawn escaped his lips and out into the open air. 'I guess I should probably get going now' he muttered 'and it was such a nice nap too'. 'Wow what a wimp' a voice entered the area from down the hill. 'Great, it's your annoying stereotypical bully' he reached down and grasped a small pebble 'I need to charge money for helping people or something.' A small, black circle formed before his hand, radiating power 'ready, aim, fire' the circle widened, sending the pebble careening towards the bully. Dust picked up and flew away from the force of the air, before the pebble bounced of the road at an angle which redirected it to hit the top of his head. *Thunk* 'He'll wake up with a light headache. Maybe'. Finally the victim of the bully decided to look up and see why he wasn't hurt, and got quite the shock when he saw an unconscious teenager, a pebble and a large chunk of the ground next to him missing 'Huh.......'

Once Drey got home, he found a letter on his desk. This letter had in fact also been sent to 2 other individuals throughout the world, each one containing the same invitation.

"COME ONE, COME ALL (If you receive this letter that is)
TO THE MAGICAL MYSTICAL MYSTERIOUS WORLD OF PIECES. WHERE THOSE WHO COME, STAY. IF YOU AGREE, YOU'LL BE INTRODUCED TO A WHOLE NEW WORLD OF COMPETITION, CHALLENGE AND ADVENTURE. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS WRITE YOUR NAME AT THE BOTTOM, AND OUR WORLD WILL ALSO BE YOURS!"

'Huh, well, it can't be that bad right?' Drey thought.'It sounds interesting enough' and with that, Drey and the 2 mysterious individuals signed the letter. They vanished right out of the world they knew, and into the unknown.

In the world of pieces, a portal was appearing in the sky, far above the ground. Directly below it was a lake, surrounded by lush trees and grass. Out of this portal came 3 people, a boy and 2 girls.

The boy wore a short-sleeved white shirt under a purple jacket, unzipped to show his shirt. The jacket had a white edge around it and some black shapes on it. He also wore black shorts and orange running shoes. In his hair he wore purple headphones over messy black hair.

One of the girls wore a long red modest dress that went from her waist to her feet. Over the top of the dress she wore a light blue shirt. She had 2 pony tails and 2 ribbons, one for each tail. She had long brown hair that went down to her knees.

The last girl had shoulder length blue hair and a red jacket over a red shirt. The jacket had white patterns on it and the shirt had orange patterns. The patterns each looked like waves that curved around each other to form a pattern that seemed to keep changing. She wore white shorts and white sneakers.

Drey reacted to the situation by giving a quick hello to the others and diving down as fast as he could to the water. As he reached the surface of the water, he thrust out both hands. In front of each hand was 2 black rings, each ring he released to create a shockwave, causing ripples on the waters surface. The force of the release stopped his movement. He suddenly threw his hands out it the side of him and released another ring, sending him flying to land. He released two more rings from his feet, flipping his body upright, allowing him to land on the ground without problem.

Seconds later the girls later with a large splash in the water. Each climbed out, but had one question for the man:'What was that?'

Drey, somehow expecting this replied 'That, was what I call, a pulse.'
