Changbin looked in the mirror and sighed quietly. He was exhausted from the excess of schoolwork. He had spent a few previous nights working on a project about black holes and although he had handed it in he still hadn't had time to sleep it off. The boy groaned mentally at the dark circles around his eyes.

He dried his hands with a paper towel and started heading back to the spot his friend was waiting for him. The halls seemed tranquil during periods; no loud chatter, no rush. Despite coming across a few students on the way back the atmosphere around the campus felt less overwhelming. Changbin neither had social anxiety nor was he an extreme introvert but he appreciated having personal space and hearing intact.

He pushed a massive glass door leading outside and was greeted by a pleasant spring breeze; the sunshine kissing his round cheeks and warming them up. The boy's lips curled up slightly. He spotted a mess of blue hair under a tree in a more secluded part of the schoolyard and rushed in the direction of his friend.

"Took you quite long. I was starting to think that you have fallen asleep in the bathroom," the boy leaning comfortably on the tree scoffed jokingly before making some space for him.

"I know I look like shit but I'm totally fine," Changbin retorted sitting down beside the blue-haired boy.

"Yeah, whatever. Just lay down and have at least a nap. I'll wake you up when our free period ends," he patted his lap urging the boy to use it as a pillow.

"Jisung, I said I'm fi-" Changbin's words came to a sudden halt.

A perplexed 'oh?' left the boy's lips before he followed his friend's eyes and saw a familiar figure pass them in unhurried steps; long brunet hair partially tied up in a ponytail, a water bottle in one hand and a training bag slung across his chest. Oh, how well did Jisung know the boy. Not personally but still he heard enough from his enamored friend to be more than familiar with the brunette. The problem was that Changbin was generally shy around people and extremely shy when it came to the ones he found attractive so there he was staring at the boy as if there was nothing in the world but him.

Jisung chuckled and elbowed Changbin gently. "See something you like?" he said with a smirk ghosting over his lips making the boy's cheeks bloom with fresh cherry petals' color.

"No- I, uh-" Changbin mumbled feeling embarrassed by getting caught red-handed.

"Come on. I know you like Hyunjin. Why don't you just try to get his number or something?" Jisung folded his arms.

"No, I don't," Changbin pouted angrily before hitting the boy's lap with his head on purpose. "You'd better wake me up when the bell rings"

Changbin only wanted to skirt the topic and hide his warm cheeks but moments later, with small chuckles and gentle strokes, he fell asleep from the exhaustion.

What do I do with a shy dummy like you, Hyung? If only you talked to him. He would fall for you for sure.

Jisung glanced at the sleeping boy and sighed helplessly. Suddenly an idea came to his mind. He took out the boy's phone from the pocket of his uniform and typed in his password.

Han Jisung to the rescue.
