I wake up and check the time, and it says 12:20 so I drag my ass out of bed and make my way to Destiny's room. When I get there I get under her covers and go on my phone waiting for her to wake up.
"fuckkkk what time is it" Destiny asks groaning
"12:23" I respond
"I hate that you never get hangovers" She tells me
"to be fair you had like 12 shots last night and I had 3 and a whiskey" I respond
"whatever what is today's plan" she asks me
"Jobs?" I ask
"Jobs" she confirms
"ok well there is this coffee place near one of jj's gyms so I think imma look for a spot there what about you?" I ask her
"well I saw the cutest boutique on the way her yesterday so I think I'm gonna look there" she responds
"kk let's get going" I say getting out of her bed
I make my way into my room and I go into my bathroom to do my whole morning routine but leaving out putting makeup on. Then I make my way into my closet and I put on a pair of black high waisted jeans, a snake skin print camisole, and a beige sweater, then I throw on a pair of gucci boots cause I'm a bougie bitch like that, and then I leave to the kitchen and see Destiny wearing a black long sleeve turtle neck a plaid skirt, a big belt and printed pantyhose with a pair of thigh high boots.
"alguien se ve muy caliente" I tell her
(translation: someone is looking very hot)
"yo que hay de ti, pequeña zorra" She responds making me laugh
(translation: Me what about you, you little vixen)
"Let's go get some jobs bitch" I tell her as we walk to the garage getting in our cars
She gets in her car and leaves first, I get in mine and turn on some J.cole and peel out of the garage. I drive to the coffee shop and I get there fairly quickly considering how close it is to our apartment. I walk in and it's not super busy but I love the vibe of the place, it's super homey and I can already tell someone's grandma owns it, and right on cue someone's grandma actually walks out from the back.
"Hi sweety what can I do for you" she asks
"Hi my name is Alexandria I was actually wondering if you had any available spots open here" I ask
"actually dear your just in luck my last barista was only here for the summer and had to go back to school so I do have a spot you can fill just tell me the hours you can work and we can get you started right now, and by the way you can call me Rosana or nonna"
"oh that sounds great. I can really work whenever you need me" I tell her
"That is so great can you start now, oh and silly me I forgot to ask have you done this before or do you need me to teach you" She asks with a warm smile
"Oh I know how to do it thank you so much though" I respond as I make my way behind the counter. While I start on the few orders we talk about small things, she tells me how her grandson bought the store for her, and how he's some big business man, also apparently how handsome he is, and at that point I realize that she was trying to set me up with him.
"All I am saying is you're a beautiful young lady and he is very handsome, and I think it would be great to have some great grandchildren before I die." she says with an innocent smile playing on her face. Next thing I know I hear the door open and close
"Oh he's here now" She says a happy I turn and I am faced with Mr. Fucking blue eyes aka Antonio and aka My bosses grandson.
