Betty's POV
Jughead and I have been secretly dating for the past year. We have told his dad F.P and the Southside Serpents. The Serpents are my friends, but my other friends are North-siders like me. I trust my friends enough to tell them, but they hate the South-siders so I can't. Three months ago the South-siders merged with the North-siders when Southside High got shut down. We have got to see each other more, but I can't sit, or hang out with him.
Jughead's POV
Betty and I have been secretly dating for the past year, and as of three months ago my school merged with hers. We see each other more, but we can't sit together or kiss by her locker like a normal couple. But hopefully someday soon we can come out of the shadows and tell people about us.

While Jughead and Betty were gushing to themselves about their secret relationship a new girl who was going to attend Riverdale High arrived on the Northside, her name was Cálida Lopez. She was from Guatapé, Columbia, and she was spoiled.
Cálida's POV
Hi my name is Cálida Lopez, I have black hair, blue eyes, a Spanish-Columbian accent, and a tan Latina skin tone. Today was going to be the best. I am so excited to meet hot boys, get on the cheer team, and see if I can get into the school newspaper. I heard their was a group of people that live on the southside and most of them are in the Southside Serpents, which I heard was a gang with black leather jackets and switchblades. I kind of want to be a Serpent, but they don't get along or approve of north-siders apparently. But no matter what I am going to be the most popular, scratch that, one of the most popular girls at Riverdale High.
