Lev's POV:
"..Oh!" I said when Kuroo stopped kissing me. He stared at me for a minute then patted my shoulder and got off my lap. "What the fuck what that" Daishou said. "Shut up, Suguru" Kuroo said. "I know some tea about your precious little Tsukki" he said to him. "I don't wanna hear it, we're broken up if it wasn't obvious already" he said. Morisuke choked on his cherry coke, and laughed. "Sorry to interrupt but, where did Shibayama go?" Shoyo asked. "Do I look like his keeper?" Yamamoto said. "You guys are so boring" Daishou complained. "Then leave" Kenma said quietly. "What was that" he said angrily. "I said if you don't like us, then there is the door" Kenma said and nodded towards the door. "Just like I taught you" Kuroo said and clapped for him. Daishou stood up and grabbed Yamamoto's hand. "Bye guys" Daishou said and flipped Kuroo off. "Yeah bye" Yamamoto smiled and waved. I think he's drunk. "I don't think they're a nice couple" Shoyo muttered.
Kuroo's POV:
"Is anyone actually hungry or did I fly all the way here for nothing?" Yakkun said. "I only came here to drink" Kenma said. "Same" Noya said. I listened to a story about how Shoyo found a kitten and they kept it and named it Kuro. "Aw you named it after me" I gushed. "Well no shit" Kenma said. "Yeah we're just kidding, of course we named it after you" Shoyo said and pried another shot of fireball out of Kenma's hand. "Take this away from him" Shoyo said and gave me a huge bottle of fireball that I was supposed to keep away from him. "This milkyshake doesn't taste very good" Lev laughed. I grabbed it from him and took a sip. "You're right" I said. "We should all meet up next weekend" Yakkun said. "I'll see y'all then" he said and waved. " "Bye guys." Noya said.
Lev's POV:
"Anyone you guys like or something? I'm sure we could find a way to set you guys up with your crushes" Shoyo said. "What is this? Kindergarten?" Kuroo said sarcastically. "I still kind of have a thing for Tsukishima.. but Kenma said I needed to get over him" he laughed. "I say fuck Tsukishima" Kenma yelled. "Tsukki's mean anyways." Shoyo shrugged. "How about you, Lev? Anyone you like?" Shoyo asked. What should I say? If I say Koganegawa, I'd be lying. Maybe Shibayama. "Are you ok?" Kuroo asked. "Yeah" I said. "It probably might be time to go" Shibayama said. "I'll see you all next weekend!" Shoyo smiled and picked Kenma up. "Unhand me, simp" Kenma demanded. "No" Shoyo laughed as he carried him out the door and ran past the window with him. "You see them? They're soulmates" Kuroo grinned.
Kuroo's POV:
"Now it's just us" I laughed. Lev smiled at me then checked his phone. "Hey are you planning on doing anything else tonight?" I asked him. "Not really. My sister has her little girlfriend over and I don't wanna interrupt anything" he explained. "I know a place you would like" I said. His eyes sparkled with interest. "Alright. Let's go" he said. We both waved to our former coach, who thankfully worked here so we get hella drinks for free, and left the restaurant. It's so cold out here, I can see my breath. Lev seems so nice, I wonder why Koganegawa couldn't see that. After a few minutes of silence walking on the sidewalk, we ran into Tsukishima. "Oh hey" Tsukishima said and pushed his glasses up. "Hey" I said and avoided his eyes. "Sorry about Yamaguchi" I said to him. "He's happier with Kageyama" Tsukishima said. "I'm so sor-" I started to say. "Please. I don't need your fucking sympathy, Tetsurou." He said. "What are you even doing in Tokyo?" I asked him. "None of your fucking business" he said and brushed past me. "Well that was mean" Lev said. I shrugged. We walked a little farther until I found it. Me and Kenma's old treehouse "This is it" I said when we climbed up the ladder. "Me and Kenma used to hang out here when we were kids" I laughed and stared up at the sky. "Wow" Lev said. "Want something to drink? I think Kenma brought some champagne last time he was here with Shoyo" I said and started digging in the cooler. "Um sure" Lev shrugged. "Found it" I giggled to myself. "Now where did he put the cups" I whispered and looked under the dusty couch. After a few minutes and no cups, I flopped onto the couch. Lev sat down next to me. "Oh I forgot you were thirsty" I said to him. "I mean yeah it's been a while since me and Kogane stopped hooking up so-" he replied. "No no. I didn't mean horny" I said, interrupting him. "Uh- here" I laughed and handed over the champagne bottle. He took a sip and handed it back to me.
Lev's POV:
"We used to have more alcohol here until Kenma's dad raided the place. We got in so much trouble" Kuroo laughed. "I actually had my first kiss with Tsukishima up here" he said and downed more champagne. "You aren't over him yet?" I asked. "Not quite. I really thought we had something, you know?" He sighed and looked up at the sky. I took this as an opportunity to move closer to him. Then I noticed tears running down his face. "Are you ok?" I asked. "It's just.." he paused and took a deep breath. "Me and Tsukki have been together since high school. I was always faithful to him. All of my firsts? With him. And then he just goes and cheats on me with one of his friends. I tried to save the relationship and it's too late. I did everything for him" Kuroo sobbed into my shoulder. "I'm sorry-" he said and retracted. "It's fine. I know how you feel" I said. "But he didn't deserve you" I explained. "You're goddamn right" Kuroo said. "It's fucking cold out here. Let's go to my house" he said and got up.
A/N: sorry it took so long for the update, I was on a huge hiatus. I will hopefully be continuing this story, with more frequent updates. <3 Love, fewixawgyle
