Derek POV
Andrea... Andreaa wake up baby I said shrugging her. She looked at her phone and turned the other side. Derek it's 8:37 leave me alone. Get up I said taking off the covers. No, i'll just sleep without the cover fine by me she said. Ima go shower and when I get out you better be up I said. I grabbed my towel and headed to the shower. Today is Valentine's Day and some family and friends are coming over today. Why do you always make plans and don't tell me till last minute stupid. 😒 She said. Girl get up and stop complaining I said. I got the whole squad to come over like Sage, Jodie,Malachi, JT ,my brother. Basically everybody who I hang out with at 5 today. I took a quick shower and got dressed and left without telling her. I have to go get her gifts I didn't mean to leave it last minute it's just I got caught up with with getting ready for tour and music I've been doing. I called my mom and asked if she can help me pick out some stuff for her and go eat breakfast with mom.

I waited for my mom to lock the house and we were out. We went to a diner and got breakfast. We sat down and started talking about what we where doing today.

What are you and dad gonna do today? I said

He's taking me out to Red Lobster and then go and watch a movie I suppose. What are you giving my favorite daughter in law she said.

You do really like her I said chuckling , uhm see I don't know what to give her she's different mom. It's hard ! I told her while sipping my orange juice. Oh btw she said Heey mom.

Awe. She is different alright, let's go to the mall right after this and I'll help you figure something out Derek!

We finished eating and I payed. We got in our car and head to the mall. I head to VS. I don't really shop for Andrea undergarments. So I left my mom to do the picking. I payed for 3 bras and 7 pairs of underwear. I went into American Eagle and got her a 2 pairs of jeans and a flannel. I went into Macy's and I got this necklace similar to the one her mom gave her but with a D for my name. I then went into Walmart and bought one of those big bears, Hershey chocolate and roses. I put it all in my car. I dropped mom off and went to go get my haircut.

Andrea POV
He said to decorate and to feed at least 12 people I said thinking while doing this sloppy bun. I knocked on Karla's door to see if she wanted to go with me to run these errands. She said no that her stomach was hurting. I changed into some blue jeans white holes in them, a white v-neck and converses. I grabbed my side bag and my keys and was out. I hate doing errands alone but I guess today I have too. I drove to Walmart for the rice and canned vegetable and stuff I was cooking just for today. I made sure to grab milk, eggs, butter, cereal. I payed for that. I then went to Party City to grab a couple of decoration. I grabbed white and red/ pink balloons. Streamers and simple Valentine's candy with cute saying on them. I payed for that and finally got home.

Karla POV
I didn't go with Andrea bc I have this surprise for her today. It's not her birthday I know but I just sorta flew our old friends from Delaware to here. They are gonna be here later on at around 5. I can't wait till they get here I missed them so much. Natasha is rican and short, so pretty. Shanna is Andrea's second favorite other than me. Shanna is African American , she's so funny and blunt and pretty too. I can't wait to see Andrea reactions. We haven't seen them since the 9th grade. I'm surprised I even got a hold of them honestly!

I hear the door open and see its Andrea struggling with bags. I walked over to help her and grabbed a few bag and put them away in the kitchen. I looked at the decorations and asked why? We're having this party I wasn't even aware till this morning girl she said. I'll put the decorations up now and KB will sweep or something.

Andrea POV:
I'm waiting for this food to finish and wondering what am I going to give Derek. I just totally forgot about Valentine's Day.

I locked my phone and get up from the couch and hear his car pull up. My man is so fine jesus 😩 and he got his haircut 😍. I gotta look away real fast cause he's just asdjhgjk 😭. (I'm really emotional at this point). He walks to the door and has flowers and chocolate in his hand .I'm standing there like a dummy starting at him. He walks over to me and pecks my lips and hugs me. Happy Valentine's Day baby girl I love you. I looked at him and started tearing up. Andrea not now don't cry he said as he wiped the tear. I put the roses in a vase and checked on the rice. It was finally done. I helped Karla finish the decorations and blow up balloons and throw them around. I told Karla I was gonna get Derek something cause I forgot to. Ard I'll be back as soon as I can.

As I was driving to the mall, Malachi called me. Bestfrieenddd he said being all loud. Can you pick me up from my house I don't feel like driving.
I got stuff to do! you lucky I'm near your house hoe. I'll see you in a hour.

I parked the car and went straight to Kay's Jewelry. I picked out these diamond earrings for him and then went to MK and got him this black and silver watch. And lastly went to Target to get his favorite Sour Favorite Twin Gunmies. As I'm leaving Target some fans of Derek came up to me and asked for a picture and of course for Derek. I told them he's home I'm just doing some shopping that's all. I said goodbye to them and went to my car to go pick up Malachi 😒.

I arrived at his house 20 minutes later. I beeped the horn and waited and he came out putting one of his shoes on. He got in and looked back and said you forgot today was Valentine's Day didn't you? Yes I did , while getting back onto the highway I said. Can I see what you got him? Yeah go ahead. Ohh shit damn Andrea all of this he said. Yeah I know, I think I went broke today! We finally got home and made Malachi distract Derek while I wrap Derek's gift and hide them in the basement closet.

It's now 4:50 and people are now getting here. Sage and Jodie come in together. JT and GMoney come in afterwards. I look around for Karla to tell her what I got Derek but she's not around. I just start feeding the guys the food I made. Me and Malachi went downstairs and started playing pool. It was 6 and Karla was still not here. She called me to help her bring stuff in.

I walked outside and started walking down the driveway. When I saw my long lost bitch from the 9th grade. She dropped her bags and I started running towards her screaming . I hugged her and knocked her ass over on the grass. Omg shanna I missed you! I said crying. Then she started crying, I told her we needed to stop crying cause my man in there. You got a man Andrea? I wanna see him right now! She said. I helped her with her bags and we walked inside. The boys stopped their conversation and all look our way. Ard this my long lost bitch Shanna! Why do you stay calling me a bitch hoe? She said. Cause I can! Now do you want to meet squad or not? I'm waiting she said.
Alright, that's Jodie, Sage , Gmoney, Malachi but you can call him MaliMal, that's JT. That's my man Derek and that's KB. The brown skin one right there is Derek? Shanna said. Yeah I just told you. He cute girl he cute 😂! We walked to the kitchen and I hear the door open again and a different voice. I looked over and it's Natasha. She see's and basically pushes me to the floor. I ain't gonna have no energy for Derek later on tonight if I keep getting knocked over tonight I said out loud. I see a big ol' smirk on Derek's face. And the boys boostin'. We all ate and finally more girls in the house 😛. Derek calls me over to get his MacBook in his room. I go get it and and when I walk out to give it to him. I see those big Teddy Bears and Shopping bags in the living room. I look past it thinking its for Karla's. But then he calls my name and he's like its for you! I run towards him and jump on top of him and kiss him with my hand behind his neck.I've been emotional all day you didn't have to Derek! But I did cause I wanted to and I love you! He said. I took the big ass bear and he took the bags to our room. The bear bigger than her they guys joked. I rolled my eyes and Derek dragged me into the room. I opened the gifts and saw the bras and underwear he bought. I always saw the jeans and all that. I hope you like it baby he said. I really do Derek I said pecking his lips. I'll be back I have something for you too 😉. I ran down the steps to the basement and brung up his gift.Malachi wanted to see him opened it so I brought him along. He stood by the door while I hopped on the bed and gave babe his gift. He took everything out and he gave me a huge hug and kiss! I looked back at Malachi and smirked. We all chilled with our friends that day and caught up with each other. Today was a good ass day tbh.
