her smile was huge. i got out of bed and went to my closet.

tess~ it's day two. im getting my clothes.
her smile fades. she wasn't expecting me to be on board with another annoying day full of screaming teenagers. but i was. i wanted to talk to bryce again. to thank him for yesterday.
jenny~ fine. i'll go get ready.

we've been here for two hours and bryce still hasn't come out.
tess~ are the same guys from yesterday gonna be here?
jenny~ yeah, of course
okay well then where are they? another hour later, they were finally coming out. i guess today was for autographs. jenny and i were like the 60th people in line. this was going to take forever. how fun.
we finally were close to the guys. jenny started freaking out once she got her t-shirt for the guys to sign. they were all nice, but didn't even acknowledge me so... then it was time for bryce to sign her shirt.
bryce~ hey...
he looks me up and down and smiles.
bryce~ am i signing a shirt for you too?
tess~ nope....i just wanted to thank you.
jenny~ for what?
tess~ for...for being as open as you are about your life. it's inspirational.
bryce~ you're welcome
tess~ okay! jen, say bye.
she waves at bryce. i let her walk in front of me while bryce and i kinda just stare at each other. i start to follow her when i feel something in my back pocket. i look at bryce. his hand was coming back from pocket. my mouth opens to say something, but i dont cause he winks. and it was like kinda hot. i look at him one more time before catching up with jenny.
jenny~ you were thanking him for being inspirational? why the sudden in- OMG!
tess~ what?
jenny~ YOU THINK BRYCE IS CUTE! OMG OMG OH MY GOSHHHHH!
tess~ jenny- no.
jenny~ omg yesssss! you do, but you should know. bryce is loved by basically everyone...so, mm yeah.
tess~ okay...cool? i don't really care, jen.
jenny~ sure...can we please go eat im starving.
i gesture telling her to walk and i'll follow her. i touch my back pocket and reach inside. i grabbed whatever was inside. a piece of paper, with his number on it. i smile and bite my lip. he just gave me his number.
