Prologue

LTA PROLOGUE

"What the heck are these comments, Eycee?" Napalingon ako kay Matthew pagkatapos marinig ang tono niya. He's scrolling through his phone while his forehead was creased.

"What's with that?" I asked, trying to peek on his phone but he's moving away.

"Alam ko namang sobrang gwapo ko, Eycee, pero not that close." I shook my head as I glared at him with what he said.

I just took my phone out from my bag and opened my own app to see what he is pertaining to, and my eyes instantly threw glare on my phone after reading the comments underneath Kyla's post, the leading lady of the TV Show where I am starring in too. That was our photo, I was just frowning in that photo while she's poking my cheek.

-Kay, layo ka nga jan sa babaeng yan. Obyus naman na masama ugali nyan eh!

-Hala beh @trix look oh! 'di ba sabi mo may attitude prob si ate mong Azeiah? Ito oh.

-Spoiled brat yan, malamang dahil laki sa yaman.

-Pangit acting skills mo, teh! Laging gigil!

"Crap! That was because I am the antagonist in that story!" I exclaimed as I clenched my fist. I continued reading comments.

-Ate Kay! Ang attitude naman niya, bakit ka pa nakikipag-close?

-Attitude, ew!

-Balik ka sa runway mo. Nakakainis ka kasi sa Fates and Future, eh. Bakit ka ganyan?

-Lagi mong inaaway si Hanna/Ate Kyla! Bad ka!

"Well, this is completely bullshit!" I exclaimed as I abruptly put my phone on my table.

"Masyado ka atang pinasama ni Shane sa TV show na 'to, ah?" Matthew asked while snickering.

"Well, I don't really care about how people look at me, but can you tell the damn writer to stop making me look so bad in that show?" I asked.

"Mind you, you're cursing over my girlfriend," he said, giving me a soft glare. Inirapan ko na lamang siya at napatitig sa view sa labas ng bintana.

Seriously? Is this really how people think and act? Malamang, masama ako sa ganap ko! I am portraying the antagonist, for Pete's sake!

Ever since I took a break on runway shows, two months ago, projects started flowing on me. As I have a background in acting in my high school and college, series and shows started taking me. Some want me to portray myself as the leading lady, as the good friend, as the mother, as a sister, as an ex-girlfriend---but I just accepted this.

Well, not because Shanel's a part of the team, but because I want to debut as an antagonist, as the bad one, and as the one I was used to.

"Look at this comment." Matthew stood beside me and showed me his phone. I stared at it and read what he's pointing to.
