Name : Ravin . C Code name : Crower Age : 40 y.o Species : Raven
About him: Crower is a tough and cold person,He May have the same traits as inspector Eagle Eyes but He rarely gave advice and feedback to cadets. Something that make him a bit unique(?) Is how He always mentally attacking the person,Crower doesn't want them to be crybaby. (Like example if you suck,He will say "You suck")
-More about him : Crower is the inspector Who often oversees Top Wing activities at academy In the city.He worked in the Top Wing main base. He's the same age as the Inspector Eagle Eyes (slightly younger). He also really hate Yozora for some reason,one because He hate cheater...and you know,Yozora always cheat.
-Relations with Speedy and Bea: They met in Teacher school,Crower has habit to glare at someone that catch his interest.Because that,when he first saw Speedy he always paid attention to him and wondering if He just as skilled as Inspector Eagle Eyes (Turn out He was kinda disappointed tho) and He always saw Bea as Speedy's Babysitter. Also the fact Speedy and Bea really close with Yozora,He thinks it as bad influence to them.

-How He meet the Cadets He suddenly interested with Top Wing academy in Big Swirl island.After he saw some data about them.First,because it's Speedy and Bea's teaching place.Second,because There was a cadet that caught his eye,the son of the person he hates the most.Third,He curious how they work in small island.
•Penny = Naive,to kind for her own good.That's first impression from Crower when they first meeting.He doesn't really suprised about the team that has one girl member.He just feel Penny is to nice,and it would be easier for her to fall into the trap.
•Rod = The little chicken join Top Wing? He actually doesn't want to believe it but it is how it is.Rod always look very obedient,but Crower can see that Rod is nervous,doesn't really pay attention and always confused about what He says.
•Brody = Easy going,more laid back is a good character,but Crower think He is too relaxed when doing his job.Brody attitude is something Crower interested about,He just wanted Brody to be more disciplined and serious.
•Swift = The one he is most interested about.The son of the famous pilot in Top Wing. He was quite surprised how similar Swift looked to Yozora.He is get interested on him because He wants to see if Swift has the same traits as his father.that's why Crower looks very strict with Swift than the other.
•Chirp and Cheep : He hates kids,The end.
