Doctor Checked Mishti and said" that she is fine now , she just needs rest". Abir nodded. After the doctor left abir sat beside sleeping mishti and caressed her hairs and remembered the time when they were in hospital.

Doctor said".there is something else also present their". Abir frowned and asked" something else Kya" . Doctor said" pehle main check krlu". He nodded while mishti chuckled.
Doctor checked the monitor again and then looked at them happily and said" congratulations, aapke Ghar babies hone vaale Hain". Abir said" to vo to Hume pata hi hai,,baby...ies??? ...." He looked at Mishti and mishti looked at doctor and she smiled" congratulations to u both , she is pregnant with twins". Mishbir said in unison" what???". Mishti looked at Abir and he looked at her and then laughed . He kissed her forehead. Then doctor said" wait , yaha kuch aur bhi hai". They both had wide eyes, all of a sudden they both remember the dream they have seen, one more addition of a baby...Abir had wide eyes and said" Kya ek aur baby????". Doctor looked at him and said" nahi nahi, sirf do hi babies Hain, ye to ..AAP aise kijiye Mrs Rajvansh aap change kr lijiye aur Mr Rajvansh aap mere cabin mein aayie".
Abir entered doctors cabin And asked" kya hua doctor". She said" Mr Rajvansh, aapki wife boht hi zyada weak Hain , upr see vo twin babies carry KR rahi Hain, Soo..". Abir asked" so?". Doctor removed her specs and said" mishti KE fallopian tubes mein infection hai, aur abhi vo pregnant bhi Hain,, to agar is stage pr is infection ka ilaaj nahi hua to unko aur babies ko threat ho sakta hai aur yeh bhi ho sakta hai ki fir vo kabhi maa na ban sake". Abir looked shocked and panicked. He asked" to bataiye doctor, hum Kya kre, Kya yaha pr ilaaj ho sakta hai". Doctor said" yes ho sakta hai lekin Abir , main aapko recommend krungi KE AAP unka ilaaj abroad see hi krvaaye bcoz Jo facilities vaha PR Hain ,, yaha nahi hai ,,so it will be best for three of them. Baaki agar aap yaha krvana chahte Hain to it's ur choice". Abir was in deep thoughts when mishti enter inside and said" Abir chale". He looked at her and then at doctor. He said" haan mishti chalte Hain,, ok doctor". He hold her hand and left from there. They we're going towards the car when mishti said" tum itne chup chup kyu ho ,, doctor ne daant Diya Kya". And laughed. He smiled looking at her and said"nahi main boht khush hu ,,I just love u so much,, Chalo Ghar chal kr sabko btaate Hain". She nodded.

Abir caressed mishti's hairs and kissed her forehead. And went out if the room . He goes downstairs and everyone ran to him , if mishti is ok or not. He nodded. Kuhu came crying and holding her ears she said" I m sorry bro,, Maine jaan boojh kr kuch nahi Kiya ,,aap jaan te Hain main kabhi mishti ko hurt nahi KR sakti ,,usne mere liye boht kuch kiya hai,, main kaise itni selfish hogyi ,, I don't know bro,, but AAP jaante ho na ,,I love mishti a lot,, mere sabse zyada close vahi hai,, uske sahaare ki itni aadat pad gyi hai shayd issi liye apni galati realize nahi huyi,, plzz mujhe maaf krdo". Abir caressed her hairs and said" it's okay Kuhu mujhe pata hai tum jaan boojh Kar kuch nahi krogi,, apne baare mein sochna galat nahi hai ,,lekin dusro ko ignore krna galat hai ,,kanak tumhari responsibility hai ,, aur is waqt usse tumhari zrurt hai ,, hum sab tumhare saath hai ,, mishti tumhare saath hai , kabhi bhi koi zrurt ho , hum Hain yaha help ke liye,, lekin negligence is prohibited understood". He chuckled and she said" bro main mishti se mil lu". He said" vo so rahi hai, ,,aur is waqt tumhe kanak ke paas hona chahiye". She asked" but.. Kunal!!" He said" tumhari beti ko tumhari zrurt hai ,tum dono ki fight ko usspe asar mat hone do,, aur rahi baat Kunal ki ,, to usse kaise mnana hai tum jaanti ho ,right". She wiped her tears and nodded. She left to her room. Here Abir sat down and Meenakshi asked" tum itne preshaan Kyu ho". He said" maa main mishti ko lekar yaha see jaa Raha hu,, London". She looked shocked and asked" lekin suddenly kyu ,, Jo hua uski vajah se". He said" nahi maa,, I know vo sirf ek accident tha ,, but mishti". He told her everything and said" is liye mujhe yaha se Jana hoga usse lekar". She said" lekin tum akele vaha kaise manage kroge". He said" main krlunga sab ,, AAP bass Ghar ka ,, aur Kuhu kanak ka dhyaan rakhna aur Kunal ko samjhaane ki koshish krna".
She nodded.
Next morning
Abir was packing their stuff while mishti was sitting with a foul face as she Doesn't want to go anywhere but Abir has given her his swear and asked her to not to ask any question. She is sitting with her face in her hands and frown visible on her face.
Abir asked " mishti, Meri blue jacket nahi mil rahi,, Kahan hai". She just turned her face to other side , he looked at her for answer and chuckled looking at her face expression. He came to her and hold her face and made her look at him, she didn't met her eyes with him he said" Meri taraf dekho". She looked at him angrily and he said" hum sirf tumhari aur babies ki safety KE liye jaa rahe Hain, samjho na bacha". She pouted and he adored her cute Expression. She saw him looking at her pout and she pushed him". Sochna bhi mat,, hum teeno yaha see zyada aur Kahan safe rahenge " he said" delivery ke baad hum yaha vapis aa jayenge". She said"but?" He asked" do you trust me?". She looked at him and hugged him" Kya Abir ,, I trust you u know that, lekin.." he rubbed her back and said" shhh koi lekin nhi , I promise hum delivery hote hi yaha aa jayenge".
She nodded and he kissed her forehead. They came down and saw everyone present there. Kuhu came to Mishti and apologize, Mishti hugged her and said" Ghar pe sabka khyaal rakhna". Mishti and Abir met Kunal and kanak " Kunal Kuhu ko ek chance aur dene ki koshish krna,, usne kuch bhi jaaan boojh kr nhi Kiya " he nodded and they left after taking blessings from everyone.
