Chapter 7

(AN . Alpha black is James's grandfather)

James POV.

##Flasback##

" I'm so sorry but you got to go back to your old pack . It is the only place that he won't look for seeing as you left it in the first place ."  He said as he looks at me with anger in his eyes .

"I promised myself i would never go back to that place. You know what i went through there yet you still say i should go back there " I say as I pace up and down . Ares crying broke me from paceing and run to him . He must have felt my anger seeing as it is rolling of me in waves .

" That is the only place where you would be safe for the time being. I can't send you to across country seeing as your grandfather already followed you here but if you go back he wouldn't find you and even if he did you will be protected by the pack seeing as your are close to the alpha . It's not only you that will need to be protected but Ares to seeing as there is a possibility that more vampires will come search for him. You need to go back. Please?"
He says making me realize that what he says is true . I am more concerned with what will happen if I see those people again .

But I do know that this time I will fight . I won't be pushed around anymore .
"Are you okay with going back"
I ask max my wolf
"It's seems that we don't have much of a choice . We need to this in order to protect our new found son. So just do it."  Max said defeated.
Shutting of the link I look up to John  who looks at me .
I sigh and say" Fine I will do it , but if anyone of  them starts to come at me  there will be trouble

## End of Flashback ##

Here I am now driving towards the one place that caused me pain and to be honest I feel absolute nothing but anger and resentment . Look at the back of the car I see Ares sleeping soundly . I just want him to be out of harm's way cause I know that might be a possibility that those vampires might be back for him . My question is what would they want with a werewolf child . I can smell that Ares is a werewolf but what would vampires want with a werewolf child.

My train of thought was interrupted as I hear a growl . Looking to side I see a brown wolf . I keep on driving knowing that it was patrol that was sensing another wolf on the their territory . At the end of the narrow road I see the pack house come into view .  Bracing myself for the hell that is about to come I park the car and take deep breaths and step out .

Looking in front of me I see the brown wolf from earlier shifting back to his human and puts on a pair of shorts . Looking at him I see a bulky man 6.5 brown hair ,brown eyes and  light brown skin with a scar across his cheek . He must be new here never seen him  before .

"Who are you and what are you doing on our territory. " He says in a gruff voice while eyeing me up and down . " May I speak to your alpha . I am here for him and no one else . " I say with a cold and emotionless tone. My body is tense even standing in front of this place.

He glares at me barring his teeth not knowing I was an alpha and that's a sign of a challenge . My wolf is getting agitated as he speaks . "What is your business with my alpha . "

I let my aura out and growl as I look him straight in the eyes and say " I would advise you to watch how speak to me. Now get your alpha and I won't ask again. "
Fear is evident in his eyes as he bends his neck in submission as he realized my aura . His eyes turns whites meaning he is mind linking some one . Seconds later Alpha Michael comes out looking confused until he looked at me . He stood frozen in place looking at me with shock .

"Alpha are you okay ? " I asked confused . He squint his eyes as he as he ask me "Who are you? It's impossible . It simply can't be . What is your name?." He seems on the verge of crying . I simply stare at him for a few seconds wondering why he is acting like this . "Alpha it's me James . I'm back and I need your help."

He runs his hand over his face in what looks what could be relief and sadness. He turns to me with a smile and walks up to me and pulls me into a hug . "I'm so glad you are back." He says when just a minute ago he looked like he was on the verge of tears .

He pulls back and looks me up and down with a sad smile and say "Come let's go to my office it would be more private there. " He say as he look at me before turning around to walk

I grab his and say "Wait let me get something from the car first." Unlocking the car I carefully take out Ares trying not to wake him . It's a miracle that he is still asleep . Grabbing his baby bag I quickly shut the car door and turn back to alpha who is looking at me confused when he sees Ares.
