I'm feeling so anxious. I was going to be late I couldn't believe myself right now. My crush and one of my best friends had invited me on a date. Well, not a date. Just a "casual dinner". I was a complete nervous wreck. No one but Kaede knew I liked him. And I liked him a lot.

I arrived at the place Kokichi asked me to meet him at. "Saihara chan!!" He said eagerly. "H-Hi Ouma kun." I said nervously. We sat at a table and the waitress came up. She took our orders and left us. Kokichi kept looking me up and down. I could feel my face heating intensely. "Saihara chan, you're blushing like a lot.." He said. I could pretty much feel the tint of my face. He giggled. "Nishihi! You're too cute Saihara chan!" He said. How's he so damn confident?? "Uh um.. Thank you?" I said. I was falling apart. Eventually the waitress brought out our orders. The night continued with my crippling anxiety making it near impossible to form a single sentence. And Kokichi being his typical flirtatious self. Then the unexpected happened. "Hey, Saihara chan?" He said. "Yeah?" I replied. "Do you.. Like me?" He said. The tone in his voice changed. "Uh well um l-like as a f-friend?" I stammered.
