It was around 4 months later at 3 am when Holly awoke to find Jamie on the balcony of their room. He did this almost every night, they all had nightmares and most of them had been told they had PTSD. Holly had nightmares herself. In them, George, Rita and John stood at the edge of a cliff and Holly facing them. The cliff would shake and Her vision would become blurry. Then they would fall, and all Holly could do is watch in horror.

Jamie's nightmares were a mystery, everyone else had talked about them and tried to help each other out but Jamie was so distant and reserved, he was turning into Scott. At least his reaction to the nightmares wasn't as bad as the others. Richard had begun to drink too heavily, they all knew he liked a good drink but it was becoming a habit of his to empty the wine fridge quicker than Lohan did. They found out not long after that Matt was smoking again, they were sent to a rundown school, it was the only one that was still standing, the rest had been reduced to rubble. There, Matt had fallen into the wrong group of people again. That's why they were homeschooled now.

Scarlett didn't smoke or drink but instead would force herself not to sleep, she would stay up all night and when people pointed out the dark circles under her eyes she wouldn't say anything. She acted too happy, she would force a smile they all knew was fake.

Holly got up out of bed and slowly made her way over to Jamie, he had left the door open and was leaning against the rusting railing along the balcony's edges. Holly walked up next to him and place a gentle hand on his back so he knew it was her.

"Jamie, you should be in bed."

It was the same sentence each night.

And she said it in the same worried manner every time.

"I know."

He whispered. He was starring into the miserable night. The moon was scarcely visible behind the grey clouds, only shaky beacons of light shone through the gaps in the darknesses.

"Is everything alright? You seem more scared then often."

She said.

"No...well...thing is."

He stuttered and was struggling to choose his words.

He sighed before he began again.

"This whole tattoo business that happened with Matt and Scott."

"Do you think any good can come of it?" He asked.

"What do you mean?" Holly asked, Jamie was the type to question things, yes, but that was 4 months ago. If he had any questions on it surely he would have asked them by now.

" I just mean that if Scott and Matt have them then why don't I, or Scarlett or Pedro."

"It doesn't make any sense to me, what if they're both in danger again." Jamie looked panicked, and Holly could tell he was going a bit insane. Too be fair all of them were, it was understandable. After everything they'd been through there was no doubt the coo-coo train would come round sooner or later. Holly grabbed ahold of Jamie's icy hand and held it gently and she gazed into his deep eyes. His breathing was no longer shaky and the two found themselves in harmony, bliss, nothing could take them away from one another. They loved one another.

Jamie leaned in a sweetly kissed Hollys lips, she kissed back and there were no more questions from Jamie. Holly pulled back and placed her other hand on Jamie's cheek and caressed it slightly with her thumb.

"Everything is going to be ok, everyone's safe and the word will recover with time."

"Everything heals with time Jamie."

She said it so sweetly and Holly was known as the reassuring one. She kissed Jamie again before taking both of his hands in hers and said with a big smile.

"We better get some sleep before the birds start singing."

Jamie smiled back and they both headed back inside and went to bed, always making sure to hold one another close.
