I'm leaving

Hello so this is my second book I have written I'm sorry for the grammatical and spelling errors but I hope you enjoy.

"Bye mother I am leaving. As much as I would love to stay is this hell hole I don't want to keep my roommate waiting!" Payton screamed. *I can't wait to meet my new roommate, the next few years of my life will be the best ones hopefully.*

She grabbed her bag of what little stuff she had and left for good. She started the short walk to her new apartment. Once Payton got there her roommate Lauren was waiting at the kitchen table. Payton walked in and greeted her calmly, "hey, how are you doing?"

She jumped at the sound, "o-oh I'm alright, my name is Lauren, you?" She said softly.
"I'm Payton, thanks for asking! What were you doing over there?" I thrillingly asked

Lauren stared into my eyes with horror for what felt like a minute but was really a couple seconds, when she spoke, " I was um reading a book about ummm the making of crofters."

"Sounds like fun, but I have to go and unpack. Which room is mine?" Payton expressed.

"Well I took the smaller room because I don't do well in big areas." Lauren exclaimed quietly.

After Payton finished unpacking she suggested they play a game of truth or dare.

"Payton since you suggested the game rupiah should go first. So what is it gonna be truth or dare." Lauren sang.

" I choose dare," Payton declared.

"I dare you to order us Chinese food and we pay for it," Lauren exclaimed.

Payton spoke in a soft tone instead of her usual loud one, "Ya know if you wanted to just get some food I would've ordered some before the game. I still accept nonetheless."

Lauren pleaded, "One more round please Payton PLEASE."

"Fineeeeee, but after that we are going to bed, and imma choose truth," Payton responded.

"Ok since you said you would do truth, what made you want to move into an apartment," Lauren asked.

"Hey, mother father I have to tell you something," Payton mumbled nervously.

"Yes what is it we're busy you know," Her parents angrily growled.

"Well I am um mom dad I'm Pansexual," Payton said.

Her parents responded with, " WHAT THE ACUAL FUCK IT WRONG WITH YOU, WE GAVE YOU EVERYTHING, AND THIS IS HOW YOU PAY UP BY BEING A PART OF THE LGTBQ COMMUNITY. YOU DISGRACE OF A FUCKING CHILD!"

Payton stood there stunned at what her parents said. She new they were homophobic but she thought they would at least accept their child.

Her parents stood there looking with the look of pure hatred and disgust in their eyes and said coldly, " Go, go to your room. Get out of our sight.

Payton looked scared as the memories flooded her head however she still responded with, "A couple months ago I came out of the closet and told my family I was Pan and my parents are extremely homophobic, they kept yelling rude things to me and I eventually had enough."
