This happens during the beginning of the mixed training camp. Kiyotaka and his friends were on there way to the mixed training camp when a white light flashed and stopped time. He meets ayanokouji kiyone and both have been tasked to help each other...
Me and kiyone were heading towards the special building rooftop after receiving a threat letter from karma.
"Kiyotaka what do you think we should do?"
"First off, we need to go and take care of karma and hayasaka, but we can't face them at once cause of our injuries, your leg and my arm"

This letter was written by Ichinose, when I was lost from that world. But what is this doing here and why is Ichinose's head here? Who killed her and how? I turned the letter backwards.
