She put the tissue box back on Mr. Roger's desk and sat down in his big comfy chair.

Soon enough Mr. Rogers came back and saw Y/N sitting in his chair. "I hope Ms. Clark took what I had to say into consideration. She just cares about your academic performance when she should be focusing on your well-being." He said with a deep sigh and walked up to Y/N. "Shouldn't we also tell Mr. Devin? That way we have more people on my side just in case Ms. Clark doesn't change how she treats me?" She suggested as she spun the chair to face Rogers. The tall man leaned on his desk while he thought about it. "That sounds like a good plan. Let's go and tell him." Mr. Rogers said hurrying out of his classroom as he held the door open for Y/N. They both ran to Mr. Devin's office and knocked once they got there. "Come in!" The male shouted as Rogers opened the door. "We need to talk about an urgent matter." Mr. Rogers said closing the door once Y/N stepped inside. "Ms. Clark isn't being fair to Miss Y/N. She cares more about her academic performance than her mental health... I've talked with her but we'll see how she behaves next time she has Y/N in her class." Mr. Rogers said taking a seat as he looked into Mr. Devin's eyes. "I see well thank you for letting me know. That way we could tell the principal if things do escalate. For now, I'd say let's let Miss Y/N take a break and talk again tomorrow." Mr. Devin said with a brief smile and accompanied them towards the door. Y/N waved and walked back with Mr. Rogers. "He's not much of a talker, is he?" She asked with a soft laugh. "Well, he's a busy counselor that's for sure."Mr. Rogers said letting out a laugh as well. "Shouldn't you be heading home now?" The male asked while he stopped in front of his classroom door. "Right! See you tomorrow!" Y/N waved before she began to walk towards the exit doors. "Don't forget your art portfolio!" Mr. Rogers shouted as Y/N looked back and gave him a thumbs-up from the distance.

The next day...

As Y/N walked to school she hoped for the best and went into the building. She greeted some of her friends before walking into her English class. "Good morning class! I hope you guys have energized minds for today's exam prep." Ms. Clark said as everyone sat down and took their notebooks out. Y/N made sure to pay attention and took notes as Ms. Clark explained some vocabulary that might be on the exam. It seemed a bit weird that everything was going well and she was actually getting some work done. Once the class ended Y/N packed her things and got up but was stopped by Ms. Clark. "I need a word with you Miss Y/N."
