Dream and George were already in there outfits as they watched the others dance on the ice, they were really good.
'Next up! Lucas and Jaylen.' The announcement called over head
George looked shocked- wait.. that's-
"Wait..." his eyes widened.
Dream rested his hand on George's shoulder.
"I was going to tell you-... there partners for the competition ...I'm sorry." He softly spoke.
George shook his head, smiling.
"Easier to beat them!" He giggled, gagging soon after.
"It's weird to think our ex's being partners." Dream chuckled as he tried putting on his skates, struggling severely.
"Very." George laughed, staring at them.
"Also... remember how Lucas chose another partner right-"Dream decided to tell George about what Jaylen told him.
"Yea." George raised an eyebrow.
"Last year?"
"Yea sooo that was Jaylen that became his new partner.. and I'm pretty sure Lucas was also the person she Cheated on me with." Dream had a guilty chuckle as he scratched the back of his neck.
"Oh well.. I have her ex" George had a large smile form across his face as he shrugged.
"He's much better." He smiled.
"More handsome~"
Dream smiled as he ruffled George's hair.
"I love you" he kissed George's cheek.
"Aye aye! Easy on the hair!" George slapped Dreams hand.
"But I love you too." He hugged Dream.
Dream chuckled as he looked over at the ice.
"I think they are starting now" he pointed over as music was about to start.
George looked over and saw the two, they seemed annoyed at each other.
"Is it just me but do they look angry at each other." He whispered.
"Nah, they more seem like they are pissed at each other" Dream kissed George's cheek.
They watched as the two started skating but before they could turn Jaylen fell on top of Lucas.
George and Dream couldn't help but laugh- how could they already fall?? They didn't even start!
The two began to skate- each of them making repeated mistakes back and forth.
"Fuck this. Your a terrible partner!" Jaylen quickly grunted as she stormed out of the arena passed George and Dream.
"We fucking fell because of you!!" Lucas quickly added following her.
"YOU AND YOUR SUPPOSEDLY SHARPENED SKATES!"
Dream and George continued to laugh until they heard the name called.
"Oh... I guess we are next" George quickly stopped laughing and spoke nervously.
"I'm so nervous!"
"Don't worry, we got this." Dream quickly comforted George by holding his hand.
George nodded before the quickly followed on the ice.
Dream bit the inside of his cheek as he stepped onto the ice- feeling pain up his leg.
(God I'm probably gonna fuck up this entire scene cause I know nothing about figure skating so please bare with me😪🤚🏻)
Dream and George stood apart from each other facing one another, they didn't even practice- they weren't ready.
"Ready?" George smiled at Dream, holding a pose.
Dream had a slight nod, holding a pose closer to George's.
