                                              Balloon Boy.. I don't like him at all. BUT ANYWAY!
                          I personally think Balloon Boy is a hallucination. The fact that you can hear his laughter where ever he is in the restaurant is making it seem like his taunting you. He is a figment of your imagination that represents your fear, your complete and utter fear of the robots coming after you. He stops you from using your flashlight, paralyzes you and makes you let the monsters in. 
                          He was created by your inner child wanting to interact with the animatronics, wanting to lure them towards you. Balloon Boy is you causing your demise.
                          BALLOON BOY IS CREEPIER THAN I THOUGHT!
