I had no other class for the day but i was not ready to go back  home to face the nightmare i just had to look for Brenda or  rather  wait for her classes to end . Engineering classes were long . I just had to have my phone and earphones .
I took them out and played my favourite playlist as i was waiting for Brenda . I just had a WhatsApp and Facebook account i was never bothered to check on them because ,rarely few people texted me and notifications from class group  . I just took out my diary and started figuring out  what i have to do for the rest of the day while i was just sitting down in out spot under one of the trees  at the field
My phone vibrated this  was unusual,but i had to check it out . It was a notification for new promos i just figured out to always respect  my instincts .  I was  getting impatient😏 Brenda was not there . I wondered how she survived to stay that long in class .
“Do you always sit here all alone “ a male voice just said that randomly ..he took a seat . I just rolled my eyes because i just knew who it was .my famous ex-boyfriend
“Atleast, i am not complaining.”i said back to him .He was one of the reasons why i liked school while i was a first year but you know college or universities best couples never stay for long😀😀
“Did we really have to end thing  the way we did you know i really loved and i still do but  you were too quick to judging me you know how your sister operates it is either you do what  she wants or make your life hell, we were just first years” he just had to bring that up when i have been avoiding that topic  since we broke up
“Ooh if you came here to remind of that am so sorry to bruise your ego  i dont care what you and stacy did to me  both of you were are birds of the same feathers” i said to him .i know i lied thou i always feel bitter the fact that stacy took my first love away from me and thank God  guess who is  here brenda. I was so happy atleast i didnt have to answer fred
He grabbed my hand” you are going to talk to me whether you like or not .leo  tutabaki hapa hadi uniongeleshe” i tried all i could to free my hand but to no avail this is what  i hated about him .he always thought everything was about him
“ leave her ama nipige nduru  watchmen wakuje hapa” atleast brenda had something to say , he  left my hand
“Listen to me freddi the next time you try this nonsense again hautakipenda “ i warned him . He just stood there looking apologetic but he left us no choice
“ Why does he always have to do that  . I know you still have feelings for him but  i am sorry he is a jerk and he doesnt deserve you he had stacy  the nerve of that girl your own sister .literally  i know she is not your sister but people know you as sisters .she could have atleast respected ako na guts huyo msichana .Brenda was just talking i could focus on what she was saying
“Belinda!!!!” She shouted that when i came out from thinking  of what freddie said
“ what is wrong dont let him get into you” Brenda said
“It is nothing dont worry “ i told her and smiled
“You  dont have to lie to me we are friend have you forgotten the rules of B squared no lying and no hiding” she knew that i will not keep quite after her saying that
“ ok maaam, i will tell you . I know this is weird i need to get over him am tired of having both hate and love feelings for him but the worst part i still see him with stacy but he lies about it  i think something fishy is going on . I didnt see stacy today in class . I just told her .yeah as you know freddie then  was the  love of my life but he cheated on me  with stacy🙁
