Meeting The Team

This one was requested by @emilyramsey1554498 and Clay is not a seal is autistic and has Tourettes Syndrome while Ray is a Seal and the team doesn't know about his relationship with Clay. I am going to be writing the motor tics from my expirence with tics but I do not have vocal tics nor have I been diagnosed with Tourettes Syndrome, and I do not have Autism either so what I do write in here is going to be from reasearch. Lisa and Naima are together in this one and the kids are still here.

Clay's POV

I was sitting at home watching the news when I got a text from Ray telling me that they were landing in a couple hours and if I could come and pick him up since he couldn't drive at the moment and at this exact moment a tic made me convulse inward. After I texted him back I went and got the car keys to go to the grocery store to pick up some things because we were running pretty low on food.

  After I got back from the grocery store and put the groceries away I checked the time and saw that I only had 45 minutes until Ray's plane landed so I grabbed my I.D. -Ray made me get it incase I ever had to go on base with him for something, I was really uncomfertable because the lady kept wanting to make converstation but thankfully Ray saved me-, my backpack, grabbed my cowboys hat and then left the apartment.

   I arrived to base with 15 minutes to spare, and I looked around at the other people here and I saw a black women with 2 kids standing by a grey SUV, a women with her trunk popped open and presumably, her kids sitting in it, another women standing by a black madza and then there were 2 cars and a motorcycle without anyone in front of them so i'm assuming those people are single. After about 5 minutes of standing there the women with the 2 kids walks over smiling her kids walking behind her and when she gets over to me she introduces her self as Naima and her kids are Jameelah and RJ, We end up striking uo some converstation I tic once in a while, the kids ask about it and I happily explain to them what Tourettes Syndrom is and they hang on my every word. We only stop talking when the kids, Jameelah and RJ, scream "Mommmy!!" and run over to a women that looks to be a bit taller than Ray and she scoops them up in her arms as she walks over to Naima and gives her a kiss on the lips, then she puts down Jameelah and RJ and turns to me and introduces herself to me as Lisa, Lisa Davis and reintroduces me to her wife Naima Davis and her kids Jameelah and RJ Davis.

   I'm lost in converstation with the family of 4 until I feel a hand on my shoulder and when I turn around to see who's hand is on my shoulder it's Ray and I hug him tightly because I missed him and then I give him a nice, kiss on the lips and when I turn around I see Lisa laughing queitly into her hand and when I ask her what wrong she just tells me it's nothing and that we looked cute. After Ray and me answer some questions Lisa had Ray takes me over to introduce me to the rest of the team.

    The first people he introduces me to are Full Metal and Trent Sawyer, the medic and the 'Scary Guy' I really didn't think he was all that scary and when I told him as such Trent busted out laughing but he wouldn't tell me why, next was Jason, his boss, he was pretty nice, next was Brock and his dog Cerberus, Cerb liked me, so did his wife and kids, and last was Sonny, he was my favorite by far because he likes the Cowboys and I think we talked for a good 20 minutes just about the team and he didn't mind my tics, didn't even say anything about them, I even heard Sonny compliment Ray on his tase in men which was nice, I think.

    When we got back home Ray starts making dinner, it's spagetti and meatballs tonight and i'm so excited my tics start acting up, my one tic inparticular, my convulsion tic so like every couple minutes I'll get like a build-up of excitment almost like when you get a lump in your throat but instead it's your whole body and then I'll convulse inward like 8 times.

   When Ray finishes dinner he brings out 2 plates to the kitchen island and calls me to tell me dinner is ready because I was reading on the couch but as soon as Ray calls me I put a bookmark in and practicly fly to the kitchen and almost run into Ray but he just laughs and tells me to be careful. During dinner I can't help but alternate between talking about the cowboys latest draft or how good Ray made dinner and Ray just sits there and listens nodding at all the appropiate times. After dinner me and Ray take to the couch while Ray puts on his show I curl up against his side and start back on my book and Ray wraps his arm around me, while he watches his show.

    I get so caught up in my book that I don't even realise that the sun set and it's already pitch black out, when I look at the time I'm shocked because wow i've been sat on the couch for 6 hours reading my book, Lord Of The Rings, I look over and Ray is sleeping peacefully beside me and usually I would leave him there because he needs his rest after a spin-up but he's sitting up and I don't want him to aggrevate his shoulder injury or hurt his back and neck by sleeping on the couch, so I gently shake him well softly calling his name, he wakes with a start, I apologize and tell him that we need to get to bed because it's already 12:00 in the morning and he can't sleep in the couch so he gets up and walks with me to the bedroom, we both strip and change into our pajama and then slip into bed, Ray automaticly lies his head in my chest while I wrap my arm around him and drift into dream land.

   I end up waking before Ray and decide to make him breakfast while he sleeps in so that's exactly what I do, I get up without disturbing him put on a shirt and walk to the kitchen. I end up being able to make the pancakes and bacon before Ray walks out to the kitchen and when he sees what i'm doing he goes and sits at the island just chattering softly to me while I finish making the toast, I then plate it up and bring it up to the island and we dig in. After breakfast Ray probably told me about a hundred times that the food was amazing and then he dragged me back to bed because he claimed that he was still tired even though I know he just wanted a couple more hours to lie in bed with me but none the less I agree and let him lead me back to bed, we both take off our shirts and slip back under the covers and we end up in the same postition as last night but instead of us going to sleep we talk and chatter about nothing really just little tid bits of how life is going, I end up telling Ray all the local gossip that passes through the bookstore I work at and he tells me some of the things he hears on base and some things his brother have done in the past 2 weeks that were pretty funny.

At around 10:00 Ray falls back asleep and at around 10:30 I let myself fall back asleep again too.
