Pt.5 The Flight

The flight was long, really longggg. It was fun and all but you were literally so tired rn arghh.

As you stepped out of the plane a wave of fresh air hit you.
Dammm this is hot! It was Autumn in Australia so lucky it wasn't at its hottest but it was still about 30°c.
You could tell you were going to love it here.

Y/n POV:
After leaving the plane we headed out of the airport and towards the main building it was a lot cooler in there hehe.

We got in a rental car and drove to the place we were supposed to pick up our actual car, once we transferred all our stuff we headed to our new home!
The jet lag was killing me and I could barely keep my eyes open but I was too excited to fall asleep.
As we pulled up outside of our house the next door neighbours were just unloading their shopping from their car. They then came over to us and said hi, they looked really nice and I could tell we were going to be great friends. One of them looked very familiar actually, he was super tall and had blonde hair just above shoulder length but I couldn't make out who he looked like.
"Hi" I said
"Hi, I'm Kate, this is Ralph, Coco and Ruel, we do have another daughter, Sylvie but she isn't here at the moment"
I stood back in shock, is this Ruel like the singer Ruel?
"H-hi I feel like I know you"
"Oh yes hehe you may have heard my music before"
"Omg no wayyyy I was literally listening to you the whole plane ride, How are you?"
"Oh I'm actually great thanks"
"That's good!"
Then Kate offered for us to go and eat dinner at their house as we haven't got any food yet.

Ruels POV:
We were unloading the shopping from the car when our new neighbours arrived, I was super excited to meet them because our old neighbours were some elderly couple called John and Cathy or something and I think they hated us. We went over to their car to say hi and I was really pleased that two girls got out the car, one of them looked a few years older than the other and she seemed
Quite nice and the younger one was super pretty, i mean not that pretty. ^Ruel you have a girlfriend get that into your head^. I looked up at them and smiled.

After a few minutes of talking mum offered them to come and eat with us, this is gonna be great fun!
