Third Person POV

The night was passing ever so slowly. The moonlight shining ever so lightly of whatever was left.  Ruv and Sarv sitting on the crumbs of the broken-down church. Keith and his girlfriend had fled after the last battle. Sarv had calmed down a bit after she couldn't find the two. She had put her wings and horns away and Ruv sat next to her and patted her head gently. Sarv sighed peacefully as Ruv patted her head. Both wondered what they were to do now that the church was destroyed. They couldn't stay there as they would be taken in for destroying holy property. Ruv got up and fixed his jacket, dusting off the debris that was on it. He turned to Sarv and held his hand out to her. The sirens of cop cars and firetrucks were heard in the distance. Slowly but surely they were getting closer. Sarv got up from the broken wall pieces and grabbed Ruv's hand.

They started walking away from the church. To avoid any suspicion, they headed towards a big city that wasn't too far from the church. Past the fences of the church, they come across the large roads that lead into the city. They start making their way over, as they get closer, they hear the noises of a busy city. The shining lights coming out of the buildings, the noises coming out of the passing cars. Before they entered the city completely, they turned to look at the crumbles of the church. Police cars surrounding the area along with a few firetrucks. They were checking to see if there was anybody nearby. Ruv's grip on Sarvs hand tighten and he pulls her to start walking again.

"Where are we headed?" Sarv asked.

"Somewhere to stay for a while." He replied.

Sarv nodded and they continued walking. As they were walking, Ruv asked Sarv to create a bit of cash to stay at a place. They passed a couple of people on their walk. Ruv pickpocketed a bit of cash they had. A couple of 5s, two 10s, and some quarters. Sarv managed to create a few coins before becoming a bit tired. Ruv thanked her and they passed through the alleyway to rest up a bit before making their way to a hotel.  They suddenly hear an explosion in a nearby alleyway. Sarv looks at Ruv and makes a gesture to go take a look with her. Ruv was suspicious but also unsure if they should get closer to the explosion considering they recently destroyed a church.

"GET THE HELL OUT OF MY FACE!"

Sarv pulled Ruv and they peered around the corner where they had heard the scream. There was a large figure looming over someone. They grabbed someone and ran in the opposite direction. They looked awfully familiar. Ruv and Sarv didn't pay too much attention to those who ran away. The one that caught their eyes the most was the bomb standing in front of them. His eyes changing shapes and smoke fuming off the top of his head. Sarv wanted to get closer to him but Ruv didn't want to.  He was unsure if they should get into contact with someone that can lead them to more trouble. He stopped Sarv from getting closer and kept his eye on the bomb.

The bomb figure sat down on a rock and was trying to calm down. He closed his eyes and took a couple of breaths. His shape-changing eyes were going back to normal. He reached towards his head and turned his fuse off before he exploded. He looked in their direction.  Ruv's breath stopped for a second. Sarv remained unphased by it. If anything, she made eye contact with him. The bomb was much calmer than he was a few minutes earlier.

"Huh- What are you doing here?" He questioned.

"We were just passing by..." Sarv responded.

"We?" He asked her.

"Yes. I'm here with my friend," Sarv pulled Ruv and made their way around the corner towards him, "I'm Sarvente and this is my friend, Ruvyzvat, Sarv and Ruv for short."

"Well... How much did you see?" He continues to question and lets out a sigh.

"Not a lot," Sarv nervously says, "We heard an explosion and we came to check it out."

"Oh. That's fine. I'm Whitmore, or just call me Whitty," He said with a breath of relief, "Never seen you around before- You guys new to the city?"

"We've never been in the city- But we did live in the little church right outside the city. Except for the fact that the church was destroyed and we need a new place to stay at," Sarv said carelessly.

Ruv glared at Sarv and tugged on her hand. She looked up at him and he sighed and shook his head.  She realized she wasn't supposed to just go around telling people the church was destroyed. Nobody knows it was destroyed yet to begin with.

"The church was destroyed? Was that the loud explosion that happened a couple of hours ago?" Whitty was genuinely curious and got up to stretch.

"Yeah- We had a little disagreement with someone earlier," Sarv sheepishly admitted to him.

"I totally understand that. What you saw earlier was a disagreement I had with someone," He rubbed his head and made sure his fuse was put out.

Whitty pulled out his phone and texted someone. Sarv stared at him, squinting her eyes as if she was thinking about something. She glanced over at Ruv. She noticed that they were very close in height. It might seem like a slight stretch but Whitty reminded her a lot of Ruv in a sense. Ruv let go of Sarv's hand. He seemed a bit nervous being around Whitty, something that he didn't really understand. He turned around and counted the cash they managed to get.

"You guys said you didn't have a place to stay right?" Whitty asked the two.

"No- We planned on staying at a hotel," Ruv's thick Russian accent scared Whitty for a moment, he showed Whitty the small amount of cash he had in his hand.

"Well, I just texted my roommate and asked if you two could stay the night for a few nights, she said it was alright just as long as you aren't loud." He recommended it to them.

Sarv looked at Ruv and then back to Whitty, "We will gladly take up your offer!"

Ruv turned around completely to face Sarv, "What?" He became a bit more nervous thinking that Whitty knows who he is and is just planning on turning him in just for the bounty money.
