Me and Draco Malfoy have been secretively dating for over 2 years. we were in our 7th year in Hogwarts. I had just gotten back to my dorm after spending the night with my lovely boyfriend. We were stargazing at the astronomy tower. I went to my bed and I drifted off to a peaceful sleep.

i woke up to soft knocking at my window. I rubbed my eyes and walked up to my window. I was my parents owl. I let the owl in and untied the letter that was tied up to her foot. I gave her a treat and I sent her off. "Why would my parents send me a letter so late?" I whispered to myself as I opened the letter.

The letter said:

Dear our Y/N.

I hope you are doing well and me and your mother misses you terribly.

We have some exiting new for you. As you know we need to keep out bloodline pure, so we have found you a pureblood boy you'll get married to on your 17th birthday.

We have talked to Dumbledore and we are coming home next weekend to meet your new husband. This is final and there is nothing to discuss.

we cant wait to see you again, my child.

Tears were running down my cheeks as I read the letter. I kept re-reading the letter trying to look for the joke with this, but it was nowhere to be found. I had to marry someone, at 17. my 17th birthday is 4 months away. What about Draco? Draco is the only one I wanna marry. I broke down crying and I fell on my knees.

Pansy, my roommate woke up from her sleep after hearing my cries and she rushed to me and hugged me. I eventually fell asleep in her arms, with the letter in mine.
