prologue

Shehnaaz: please dad open your eyes ....wake up

Shehnaaz sobbed holding her dead father on her lap and then turned to look towards Sidharth angrily, her eyes turned red in fury. This guy didn't notice them crossing the road and hit him. He was coming at full speed, whereas Shehnaaz was crossing the road assuming it to be empty.

Shehnaaz: You idiot can't you see... Can't you use your eyes? Now, why are you standing idle to take him to the hospital? And who was running behind you? Why that much speed?

Shehnaaz shouted angrily with tears, she have hope that her father is alive and thought that maybe this stranger will help her because it is his mistake

Sidharth: why should I? It's your father, not mine let him die I don't care

Just then he received a tight slap from Shehnaaz. Who started to lash at him angrily

Shehnaaz: how could you? What I will do alone? I have no one else in my life. It's you who hit him without looking at the road

Shouted Shehnaaz with tears but it didn't melt his heart instead he was angry because she slapped him. Nobody in his life ever raised his/her voice and this girl slapped him. Sidharth pushed her hands behind her back and pulled her closer

Sidharth: how dare you. Till now nobody raised their voice at me and you... Also, it's your mistake who was crossing the road without checking it. Also, he is dead I guess

Sidharth shouted angrily, Shehnaaz pushed him using her full force and glared at him. She ran towards her father and checked and didn't feel the heartbeat. She placed her finger near his nose and understood that he is dead when she didn't feel cold breath on her finger. She shivered to realise the harsh truth of her life and went towards Sidharth angrily

Shehnaaz: should I slap you once more because you are a murderer? You killed my father. What I will do now? Can you give him back to me?

Shehnaaz asked angrily and then broke down in tears again.

Sidharth: how dare you say this?

He said angrily and pulled her by her wrist due to which she winched in pain. She was trying to push him but his hold was very tighter for her to come out. Shehnaaz winched in pain which made Sidharth realise his action.

Hearing her scream Sidharth left her and pushed his hands inside his pocket. He looked towards her with red eyes like he will kill her today. But then he remembered she is not the real culprit and sat inside his car to drive towards his mansion but while going he remembered that he remembered that Shehnaaz was alone and decided to help her as at night nobody will help her seeing someone laying on road. They will think of Shehnaaz as a terrorist.

He drove his car back when he saw the same Shehnaaz struggling with some people. Not only people but they were like some goons or bad boys who were trying to touch her uncomfortably. In short, they were trying to take her dignity

Sidharth came out of his car in a rage and noticed Shehnaaz struggling to push those boys. When they all noticed him, they stopped for a second which gave Shehnaaz a chance to move and she ran near him and hugged him.

Shehnaaz: At least save my dignity, please... You can kill me afterwards but not after losing everything

Cried Shehnaaz bitterly, Sidharth pushed her and came in front of her to protect her. Shehnaaz hide behind him and looked at those boys who were looking at her like she is their prey. He doesn't care about someone's death but saving a girl's dignity was his duty

He took his gun out and shoot all of them there without giving any warning which scared Shehnaaz. Shehnaaz was too shocked to react, first, this person killed her father, then fought with her and now he killed them on the spot

Shehnaaz shivered to sense his gaze on her. She went near their dead bodies and snatched her dupatta from one of them to hide herself

Shehnaaz: t...th...thank...y... you

Stammered Shehnaaz as she was very scared seeing this man killing many people without showing any mercy but one question troubled her now. Why he saved her?

Sidharth: aapne mare hue baap ko chod ke nai ja sakti thi? Kya jarurat thi idhar he rehne ki?

Shehnaaz: papa the kese jaati aur...ek vohi the jo humesha protect karte the inn... Inn kamino se jinki nazar humesha merepe rehti hai

Said Shehnaaz and started crying. She looked at her torn sleeves and tried covering them but nothing was helping

Sidharth: stop doing these silly things. Kisi ka khyal rakhna aata nai aur bolti ho

Shehnaaz: tumse se toh aachi he hu. Agr itna bura bolna tha toh bachaya he kyu

Sidharth took his gun out and pointed towards her

Sidharth: just lower your voice and yes I don't like explaining. Tumhari jagah agar koi aur hoti toh yehi karta

Shehnaaz looked down and gulped in fear. This man is very dangerous she was about to move when he stopped her

Sidharth: stop... Sit in the car

Shehnaaz: why?
