The Train Station

September 1 1971

We get to the train station,my mom is acting as if nothing is happening she is barely speaking to me all she is doing is favoring my sisters. Which I honestly don't minds seeing as if she is only paying attention to them I get off without too much of a scolding. We finally get to platform 9/3

My family hates coming here cause of all the muggles  but i don't mind it, they are interesting they just have such different customs that's why I enjoy spending time with my sister Andromeda she knows a lot about muggles she doesn't care about that blood purity bullshit

I see this kid with short brown curly hair its not even that long so it makes him look  young and juvenile its takes me a second to recognize him as Remus Lupin.

It felt weird to know so much about a person before they have even spoken too you

My cousin finds me in the crowd and looks at me as if saying "the trouble we are about to get into."

His mother sees this and imitately straights him out.

I hear the train whistle go off  I head into the train and go to find an empty cabin so I won't have to talk to anyone

I find one and I sit down and bring out my favorite book Bridge to Terabithia my sister dromeda gave it to me as a Christmas gift it was a muggle book it didn't even move

No one knew I had the book obviously or else you know I wouldn't have it

I see the compartment door open and In comes my favorite cousin Sirius

"you excited" he said knowing the things we will pull when we get there

"of course I am, a bit scared though you?" I say figuring out if I can tell him about my dream

"nah I'm not-" he gets cut off

I see a messy haired boy with glasses walk into the compartment and know that he's james potter

"do you guys mind if I sit with you?" he asks already sitting

"yeah I guess it's fine." Sirius says

james sits next to sirius

Sirius turns back to me

"I'm most excited for quidditch, I can't way to play this year" Sirius said

"First years don't play dumb ass" I said going back too reading my book

"what they dont?" Sirius said confused

"you like quidditch?" James Potter said

"I'm james, james potter" he said facing Sirius

"yeah love it can't believe first years don't get too play" Sirius said

"common knowledge" I said peaking out of my book

" what's your name?" James said looking at me

" Cetus Black and he's Sirius Black." I said answering the messy haired boy

"oh, you two are blacks?"

"is there an issue?" I said a bit annoyed forgetting that he will soon be my cousins best friend

"no, none at all just you guys aren't big on that blood thing are you?" he said with a bit of caution

"no we aren't. family gives us shit for it too."

"great-" james says

the door opens and in comes in remus lupin

"do you think I could sit with you guys all the other compartment are full?"
