Obito POV
I start looking at my new eyes in the mirror getting every detail on my eyes I get called out by the captain I walk out of the tent and he tells me what to do I nod my head and I lead the leaf into battle once we get about half way to the base a bunch of rain shinobie start to exit the base and the fight begins with my new sharingan I was able to kill a lot of them with my new sharingan I can't say anything good about the other shinobie I'm solo in the base I remember the objective is to destroy the base with a bunch of explosive tags but I'll make it easy on everyone I'll use the susanoo's power to destroy the base I use the second stage of the susanoo and destroy the base of course I sustained some injuries I walk out of the rubble and i deactivate my susanoo then I start to head back home to konan I stumble into the cabin and konan rushes to help me up I look at my injuries I had sustained and they are not minor injuries there about medium injuries I pass out because of chakra exhaustion when I used my susanoo second stage it took a lot out of me my eyes start to open I'm on me and konan's bed with my shirt off and my stomach and chest bandaged up I start to sit up when konan hugs me crying in my chest
Konan: I was so scared that you wouldn't wake up obito
Obito: konan no matter how bad I'm injured I'll always protect you no matter what
Konan: just be carful you big idiot I don't want to loose you your all I have
She starts to cry harder and hugs me tighter I hug her back and pat her head I lay back down with konan still in my arms I cover us both up with a blanket konan falls asleep in my chest I look at the sleeping konan I run my fingers threw her hair I realize that when I'm with her or when I'm thinking about her that crush I have on rin it feels like those feelings don't exist I kiss her head and I blush I then slowly drift off to sleep
(1 week time skip winter)
Obito POV
Me and konan are walking in the woods coming back from hunting we get to a frozen lake on the other side is the cabin we stay at we get the idea to walk across because both of us are tired we start walking across it I get to the other side of the lake konan on the other hand the ice under her feet starts to crack she stands there in place shaking
Konan: obito umm scared
I get a idea she is almost at the other side of the lake I can try and grab her hand and we switch places i might fall in but I'm willing to risk it for konan I put my stuff down
Obito: konan I need you to count to three ok
Konan: ok 1...2...3
Once she said three I grab her hand and we switch places konan is safe but I fall onto the cracked ice and I fall into the cold water I hear konan yell my name my eternal mangekyou sharingan activates and I start to disappear in a swirl I land on some random metal cube it's warm here to but I'm still shivering I use fire style and I get dry and warm up quickly I activate my mangekyou sharingan again and I try to get back to the real world it works and I appear behind a crying konan I walk up to her and put my hand on her shoulder she turns around and looks at me I give her one of my big smiles she gets up and hugs me really tightlyi hug her back and she starts sobbing in my chest
Konan: obito I was so scared I thought you weren't going to come back to me
Obito: konan it's going to take a lot more to get rid off me
I put my hand on konan's chin and I lift up her head up and wipe her tears away we stop hugging and I pick my stuff and we head back to our cabin we enter our cabin and take off out coats and boots I start a fire at our chimney I also grab a blanket to cover us up with we both sit in front of the fire and I cover us up with the blanket I grabbed I put my arm around konan and she leans her head on my shoulder we listen to the fire crackle konan falls asleep and her head lands on my lap a pink blush appears on my cheeks I start to pat her head after a while I stop I try to get into a position where I'm comfortable but I can't I get up off the floor I stop konan's head from hitting the floor I then pick up konan I lay her down on the bed i slip up and I almost hit konan with my head I also blush like crazy because my lips almost touched hers i move my lips away from hers and I lay next to her and cuddle her like I usually do the next morning rolls around I get up and make breakfast for us once I'm done I go to wake up konan she's still asleep and she's on her side I turn her around and I see she has a sickly blush on her face I feel her head and she's burning up she starts to wake up
