With a sharp noise ringing in my ear, I open one of my eyes only to quickly shut it due to the light blinding me. Trying to get used to my bright surroundings, I feel soft sheets over me.

Wait, what's going on? I sit up eyes wide open only to see the face of the forgetful stranger. He seems to be sound asleep on a chair next to the bed I was laying in.

I guess I could take this as an opportunity to take a closer look at him, he is still in his grey suit and horrible shoes but on the bench I hadn't paid much attention to his face. The face in question had in it's center a little nose, nicely placed over a thin pair of pink lips, his long brown hair was up in a messy bun uncovering his forehead, and his eyes has a deep green shade to them, both protected by thick long lashes. He truly had beautiful eyes, you could gaze into them without being able to look away, those eyes were some sort of prison to whoever risqued to admire them, his eyes were open.

They were open?!

His eyes were open! How long has he been awake, how long have I been staring at his eyes, why did he not say anything, where am I, what am I doing here, did he get his bag back?
He must have seen the panic rush through my face because he quickly stood up while putting his hand on my shoulder and was about to say something but he door behind him swung open. Standing in the hallway was a tall guy with short messy blond hair wearing bright re sweatpants and an oversized white t-shirt.
"Ah, you're awake" he said with a harsh tone.
"-Why didn't you tell me Icarus? The blond asked in a surprisingly deep voice,
-I was going to, he just woke up." the bag guy, who I could finally put a name on politely stated.

After what felt like hours, the silence that filled the room was broken by the door slamming behind the blond. Icarus shortly followed and left me on  my own, confused. I tried to stand but gave up when the walls started swirling around me, and lied back down hiding myself under the bed sheets.

I must have fallen asleep again, because next thing I knew I was being carried to an expensive red car. As I looked up to see whose arms were holding me, I hiccup in surprise to see the blondy frowning at me me. The look he gave me felt like a powerful explosion, and sent shivers down my spine. His eyes were deep red, similar to the car that was now only meters away, and surprisingly did not correspond to the explosive aura I was expecting. Quite the contrary actually, they seemed to be hiding some sort of pain along with a little fear perhaps.

Once again I was lost in thought staring into a strangers eye. But this time my trance was ended by the loud thud I made when the blondy dropped me in the back seat of the vehicle, followed by the door nearly slamming on my feet. As I sat up I saw the bag guy on the passenger seat looking out the window, but quickly turned around yelling at the newly opened door "Hurry up Aiden" as the so called Aiden, aka blondy, put the keys in and started the car.

Feeling a bit insulted by the fact that no one cared to explain anything, I spoke up in a voice that didn't hide my fear as well as I would have liked.

"-Wh-where are we going?
-Hey, I thought you were dumb! blondy exclaimed,
-Excuse me, I asked slightly irritated,
-As in you couldn't talk, but I guess you are that kind of dumb" he smirked.

Before I got to insult him, Icarus slapped Aiden in the back of his head. "Concentrate on the road" warned the bag guy as he looked back out the window, followed by inaudible mutters from the blond.

As I too paid more attention to the route we were taking I remembered that I still didn't know where I was going. "You didn't answer my question". This time they completely ignored me.

Sweet.

I was not going to chance speaking up again because I wasn't too pushed at the idea of receiving the same treatment as blondy, after all I will find out sooner or later.

We drove for another hour or two, and even after all the sleep I had gotten recently my eyes slowly started to close.

"-How can he sleep so peacefully with you being such a bad driver? I heard someone whisper,
-Hey, I am not a bad driver, and he proves it! Another said a little louder,
-shush, don't wake him up. I recognized icarus' voice,
-And? Let's out Aiden, who cares if he's sleeping? I'm tired and I'm not allowed to, so why would he?
-Do you want to switch places? I can drive, you can take a rest if you'd like.
-Yes, finally! "

The car suddenly stopped and two doors open followed by footsteps. As the motor turns back on, a loud yawn erupts.

Around five minutes later I sit up and stretch my arms wide open as I look around. Icarus is now driving and beside him lies a sound asleep blondy. I look at him a little longer admiring the sight of his face, who without the usual frown seemed relaxed. That sight didn't last long as he opened his eyes staring straight at me.

"I see what you mean how waking up to someone looking at you without blinking is terrifying", "Oh, and please don't do that again, I nearly had a heart attack" said blondy.

Icarus next to him started laughing, as Aiden followed along falling back to sleep. The bag guy must have noticed my puzzled look once again because he gave me a warm smile as I tried to come up with something to say to not seem like a total freak for staring at people sleeping. I didn't even notice I was staring, I was just taking in any information my eyes could see and my brain could hold, but I guess that can easily come off as creepy.

After a few awkwardly long minutes, we finally left the highway I had never noticed we had entered, and turned onto a bumpy forest path.

The shaking of the car was strong enough to wake up the deep sleeper in the passenger seat, who didn't miss this opportunity to complain. Aiden sure does look and sound terrifying, but most of the time his attitude doesn't match, and he acts like a five year old, but without the crying.

The car stopped in front of an old and rusty blue gate, and Icarus walked out and opened my door to let me out, while a half asleep blondy struggled to stand, holding onto the side of the vehicle for dear life.

I shyly chuckle at this hilarious sight, but am soon cut of by the bag guy.
"I think it's your turn to carry him" he states with a wide smile. I do as I'm told and walk over to the poor damsel in distress, who as soon as he sees me, collapses in my arms already fast asleep. I pick him up, and hurry after Icarus as he unlocked the gate and we enter the property leaving the car behind us.
