Dear You-Know-Who

Dear You-Know-Who,
This was actually written for Valentines Day but I chickened out before I got to sending it. I don't wanna look desperate or clingy,
Just letting you know exactly how I feel to get it all out I suppose. You don't have to read it or even respond if you don't want to but I felt the need to write this for you cuz I'm an idiot that's too emotional and it'd just eat me up inside. Also it's been a year since I've gained feelings for you, so woohoo? I don't even know anymore lol

My love for you is like grass,
It just always always grows.
Sometimes you gotta cut it down, (or in this case hide it),
But it's only to keep it fresher than before. (Ik it doesn't rhyme but just go along with it)

If I ever had the chance,
To take you to dinner, or even a dance.
It'd make me the happiest person on Earth,
And it'd help me to feel my worth. (should given up after this point lol)

When you leave me on read every day (smh),
My skies full of blue turn to grey.
But I know you'll always come back,
Could take some time, could be quick as a snap ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I love you, I honestly do.
I cherish all the time I've spent with you,
This next part doesn't rhyme,
But that's because it's actually true.

You-Know-Who, for so long I've admired your courageousness and capabilities to do so many things. I look up to you and everything you do.

I love every detail of you, physically and mentally. I love your eyes, how they tear up a little when you yawn. I love how much of a confident speaker you are. I love listening to your voice. I love the way you look when you're concentrated on work. I love how you try so hard to keep happy so often. I love how we share some similar interests. I love how you're still one of my absolute best friends even though you don't reciprocate my feelings. I love how you don't judge people until they do something unforgivable (*ahem* read last chapter) You're so beautiful as a whole.

I wish I was just like you. I may or may not have the money to shower you with gifts or whatever hopeless romantics do, but ItS PeRsOnAlItY ThaT CoUNtS

This was written in like 5 minutes at 2am... forgive meh pls.
