I slept at Avanis house again. I woke up before her so I was just laying there and thinking. I was staring up at the ceiling and not gonna lie I was thinking about jaden. Like it's complicated, I feel like I like him but I don't wanna be with him because i'm scared. I don't know what to do. I kept waking up during the night wishing I was with Jaden. He makes me happy, well he used to make me happy. I don't want him to hurt me again. We've been through so much and I feel like it'll fully break me if he hurts me again. Should I take a chance?
I wake avani up by grabbing a pillow and throwing it at her. She wakes up and throws it back. We end up having a pillow fight all around her room.
"hey I should get going" I say
"yeah good idea. good luck at home" Avani says. I grab a change of clothes from my bag i brought and change into it.

I grab the dogs and get in my car. I drive back to the sway house (our house)
I pull into the driveway and open the door. I walk into the kitchen to put my keys down and jaden's sitting at the counter eating cereal.
"where's everyone else?" I ask
"not home" He says
"it's just us?" I ask
"yeah" He says.
"you took the dogs?" He asks
"yeah" I say. Jaden nods and looks down at his bowl and i look into his eyes. They look watery. I can't really see them because he isn't looking at me but he looks like he's about to cry
"you okay?" I ask him
"mhm" He says while still looking down
"lemme ask again. Are you okay?" I say
"no" He mumbles. I stand there for about 30 secsonds. I see a tear roll down his face. I finally decide to say something
"I-I like you jaden" I spit out. He looks up at me shocked. I'm just as shocked I said that too.
"you d-do?" He asks
"yeah. I jus don't wanna get hurt again that's why I kept pushing you away. I'm sorry I hurt you. I shouldn't have messed with you like that. I didn't mean to" I say
"it's okay lexi" He says. We both stand there not knowing what to say or do. I just walk upstairs and to my room. I hear the boys come home a couple minutes later
"LEXI" Bryce yells from downstairs
"YES?" I yell back
"COME HERE" He yells. I get off my bed and walk downstairs. Everyone's down there
"yeah?" I say walking up to them.
"i'm posting that video i've been filming for youtube. The announcement of the sway house" He says
