Alex's POV

I looked at the white gold-plated ring inside the small purple box with a happy smile and then put it back inside my jean's pocket. Today I am going to propose to Piper to be my officially legal wife. I planned to propose to her while she was teaching in class, in front of all her students. I asked her colleagues, Karen and Victoria to helped me by telling me Piper's teaching schedule and showing me her class location.

Even though I am completely sure that Piper loves me, but I am not sure if she wanted to be my legal and official wife. Because of that I was nervous and worry. Hopefully she will said yes.

"Hi Alex." Karen greeted me as soon as she saw me.

"Hi Karen, Victoria." I greeted back. Although I was not close to them, but I did talk with them a few times because sometimes, Piper brought me along when she hangs out with them.

"Are you ready to propose to her?" Victoria asked me with a seductive smile. I was aware that she likes me a bit too much, but I choose to ignore her flirtatious act.

"Yes, never been ready as this." I chuckled nervously.

"Shall we?" Karen looked at me. I nodded and they brought me to where Piper is.

"Now, its all up to you." Karen said to me.

"And we will record the whole process for you okay." Victoria showed her phone, ready to record this once in a lifetime moment for me and Piper.

"Okay. Thank you." I said. I took a deep breath to calm myself. I can do this. This is worthy to be done because it is about Piper, the love of my life. My happiness, the air I breathe, my everything. I pushed the door opened and stepped inside. All eyes were on me including Piper's, who was clearly shocked seeing me.

"Hi babe." I calmly approached her but inside, I was actually very nervous. Piper's face looked puzzled and has a lot of questions marks. I handed her the bouquet of 100 red roses. I purposely choose 100 red roses to show her that I am ready to be devoted to her for the rest of our lives together.

Once Piper took the flower from my hand, I bended on my knee before her. Suddenly, there were loud gasped all over the room. Piper was shocked and she covered her wide-open mouth with her hand.

"I never believed in love. Love at the first sight? Are you fucking kidding me? Its just a fairy tale." I chuckled and heard some of the students chuckled too. "However, that was me before you."

"Everthing changed the night I saw you for the first time. The moment I laid my eyes on you, I felt time has stopped, all the things around me evaporated. You stood there looking absolutely beautiful and I thought who this angel was." I looked into Piper's ocean blue eyes, I felt tears running down my cheeks but ignored it and saw tears running down on Piper's cheeks too. She was absolutely fucking stunning at this moment.

"My heart beat extremely fast and I couldn't breathe... You almost got me killed with your exquisiteness you know." I laughed and Piper too followed by the audience. "And what I thought will never ever happen to me, happened... I fell in love with you, instantly. I fell very, very hard for you. I have never loved anyone before and will never love anyone after this because all my love is yours entirely. You are my joy, my breath of life and the very reason of my existence. So, will you Piper Elizabeth Chapman, marry me?"

"Yes!!!and yes!!! a thousand yes, Alex Pearl Vause. I will marry you for this life and for the next life too." Piper pulled me to stand up. She hugged me and kissed my lips. I could feel Piper's tears wetting my cheeks. I deepened her kissed. My mouth seeking for dominance and she lets me. I kissed her hungrily and passionately. However, we stopped kissing when we heard whistles, happy shouts and thunderous applause fill the lecture hall. We looked and everybody was on their feet.

"Thank you and class dismissed." Piper said and everybody laughed in unison.

"Congratulation Ms. Chapman." Someone shouted.

"You are lucky Ms. Chapman. Your wife to be is tall, extremely hot, gorgeous and romantic." Another student yelled. I just smiled upon hearing that.

"Yes, I am. And sorry girls, this amazing woman is taken...by me." Piper replied jokingly making the crowd burst into laughter. But I could see from the expressions of some of the female students that they were jealous of Piper.

"Ms. Chapman's fiancée! Better treat Ms. Piper Chapman right. There are many of us dying to make her ours." This time the group of young man where I saw Ryan was standing, talked. If only I can kill them, that will be good. Ryan looked at me with his murderous eyes, I just smirked. Sorry, young man, you don't have a chance at all.

"I know. And I am making sure nobody gets her because she is mine." I said and there is a serious tone in my voice this time, sending a message to those who think they have a chance to be together with Piper.

"Okay class, enough of the chit-chat. See you all next week." Piper ended the unplanned 'talking' session. After 2 minutes, the only person left in that lecture hall was me and Piper.

"I can't believe you did that!" Piper exclaimed.

"Why? You don't like it?"

"No. In fact I like it very much. That's very romantic of you Al." She kissed me.

"I am glad you think it was a romantic proposal. Do you like the ring?" I asked. "It's not as beautiful as the expensive one though."

"Al, I even wear and like your ring which made from Luscheck's keychain, what make you think I don't like this one?"

"Because for our prison wedding, we didn't have the opportunity to go out and buy a ring. But this one..."

"Alex, this is really a beautiful ring. Trust me. You can even give me another ring made of keychain, and I still couldn't care less, because all that matters to me is you. I love this ring. Really, really love it." I can see Piper's sincerity in her eyes.

"Thank you Pipes. I am the luckiest person in the world because I have you in my life."

"Well, I am the fuckiest person too... because you love me with all your heart. Now, what do you say about our pre-wedding sex in my office?" Piper suggested seductively.

"I like the sound of that." I chuckled. Piper kissed me one more time before pulling me out to her office. Today, surely one of the best, finest and historic day in my life.
