POV Dan

Why don't they get it? I'm so tired of them, oh god, don't they see?

In this school everyone knows: the famous and beautiful Daniel Howell is royal. Except of my two closest friends that are honored to know all the truth about the real me. In my world it is really hard to be yourself, especially when everyone around you is constantly gossiping about who you date. So I just made it clear that I'm not gonna date anyone until I meet the ghost who I am supposed to fall in love with.

I have a really weird fairy-tale. My mother's name is Belle, she is that girl from "The Beauty and The Beast". My father was prince Adam. By the way, for your information, there was NO bestiality between them, my dad was just cursed to be a beast but he became a human again after my mom fell in love with him. Soon after I was born he was killed in a war between two kingdoms, so I don't even remember what he looks like. When I was 10 (the age of becoming a separate fairy-tale character), my mom gave me the book of my life, my own fairy-tale. I felt so mature at that point, but as soon as I discovered that I have to fall in love in and marry the ghost, to be honest I was disappointed and just a little bit... spooked? I guess so. You know I've always had this childish fear of darkness and different supernatural creatures, which may look funny because I am self son of a cursed prince, but I just can't help it. However, illustrations in my book showed a pretty beautiful female ghost who looked harmless enough, so I just didn't worry at all and lived my funny little life.

And I was rely pretty glad with it until I got 13. In that year I discovered that things are never gonna be the same again. It happened after that accident with my chamber-boy. We was friends but short time after we got to know each other I hopelessly fell in love with him. And on First Day Of Spring he took me to local daisy field, and we sat there talking and at some point randomly started to stare at each other... And then he kissed me. I was as happy as I've never been before. I immediately told my mother about it and she congratulated and blessed me. His name was Jon Cozler. We were happy for three short weeks and then his parents discovered our relationship. I don't know what exactly happened but I just have never seen him again.

Realization came to me later. Something is definitely wrong with me, I'm never gonna live my fairy-tale because I just don't like girls (good bye ghost girl, hope to never see you for real). So it turns out I am a rebel? I thought about it but soon enough decided to not give a hell about it and just go with what I am and not worry about it. Ever After High, which I had to go to as soon as I finished 4th form [AN: sorry I really don't know how does this school system work, don't judge me], was just plain boring for me (except of lessons, they are cool here, believe me), but somehow local girls managed to notice my oh so beautiful face (to be honest I still don't get how they did it, I dressed up like an emo in those times, how did they even acknowledge my presence?) and it was pretty annoying, until I met my two buddies, PJ and Chris.

My two best friends are by the way even more weird then me. How did I get to know them? I was sat alone in the library and they have been caught by eating breakfeast there. I did nothing but stare at them barely controlling my laugher and then Chris was like "What the hell are you staring at, it's social unacceptable to stare at people while them eating!". And then I laughed so hard I fell from my chair and PJ said "OMG Chris you just scared our possible future best friend away". So it was, I don't lie. Let me explain a little more about these amazing guys.

PJ Liguori never tells anyone his full name, only initials, but don't judge him, he's great anyways. His father is The Little Prince who grew up to become a really good wizard and turn The Rose (love of his life) into the beautiful girl and married her. Rose has chosen her last name to be Liguori because she likes Italy for some reason, she is a very talented person and so is PJ. He likes to draw, plays guitar and sings, he is also a very good storyteller with of course good stories, basically because his passion is traveling. PJ is also royal (who wouldn't be if your fairy-tale tells you to do your favourite things?) and pretty good-looking. Girls like him just a little bit less then they like me.

My second best friend is Chris Kendall, his father is - don't laugh please - Captain Hook, that worst-enemy-forever of Peter Pan. I thought at first that Chris has to be pretty happy person since he is from Neverland, but in fact he is pretty depressive guy being constantly sorry for his dad. Cap Hook fell in love with pirate princess Amelia and that's how Chris was born, but soon enough she got fed up with his evil business and left him. Hook didn't care for his son too much anymore and the boy befriended Jake and another young pirates of Neverland. Being only half-neverlandian, Chris did grow up, but he is still a little kid inside (just like his father I may add). He is so much rebel I doubt there is more rebellious student in our entire school.

Not that we are some kind of gang or a herd. We are just three nerds who are loved for their appearance and have many fans but no real friends except of each other. But we are not bullied and that's enough for a good high school life.

However, the story I want to tell you starts here, in a hallway near the lockers, when Chris and PJ (holding hands for some reason) run to me (more like Chris drags PJ to the lockers) and Chris shouts:

"NEWS NEWS NEWS DAAAAAAN!"

"What's up, Chris?" I ask, "Stop shouting, to start with that".

"Haha nothing suspic... nothing really shocking, anyways, mate." PJ says a bit awkwardly, shushing Chris. "He just wanted you to know that you no longer live with Tyler-guy" He says and Chris blushes a bit but I shrug it off. What's their point?

Tyler Oakley is a very popular boy and also my roommate. He is never in the room so I don't really know whose child he is but he's somehow related to C. A. Cupid, so i suppose he's a demigod as well. And for some unknown reason everyone calls him "queen". What's wrong with this place?

"Why? is he moving rooms?" I suddenly get all puzzled.

"Kinda. He's moving schools!" Chris laughs childishly, "But for two weeks only..."

"He is part of school exchange program." PJ says to end his friend's phrase.

"Ah. So I'm gonna have to live with someone from... Monster High is it?" I ask without any questioning tone in my voice. Great. I'm not any bit exited for living with a random monster. Don't get me wrong, I'm not like my schoolmates about monsters, my dad was one for heaven's sake, I just hate meeting new people. I better live in our family castle within those weeks.

"Oh yes, and you know what else? You'd never guess I bet!" Chris smiles widely. "It's a ghost. They send a ghost to us!" He winks and I roll my eyes.

"Oh, I see." We all have heard of a ghost girl named Specter or something, C. A. Cupid has learned in this school before and told the whole EAH about this weird spooky place and what's going on there. I've heard she even found her twin there (what a lucky girl, gods bless her). I can relax now, maybe some guy/girl from our school moves in with me to give a spare room to our guest.

"Hahaha no, you don't..." Chris' grin grows wider. At such moments he reminds me his father a lot. I'm not joking, it looks creepy. PJ looks at him almost dreamily (what's going on here?) and shushes him once again, only to say it by himself. He chuckles and looks at me kindly.

"It's a guy."

AN: New chapter YEAH. And also, there is a story inside Chris and PJ's behaviour. Don't freak out, kickthestickz fanfic is coming after this one. AND I imagine C. A. Cupid so much like Louise Sprinkle, so let's fuck beauty standards, I put her into cast. Have a good day! <3
