Description: The user has the ability to copy someones quirk and use it to a stronger extent, they can only copy a quirk if they see someone using it. The target will become weaker because the user is stealing their own strength to increase the strength of their quirk.
Misc Info: The user can only copy a quirk if they see it being used, along with copying the quirk and using it at a stronger level, the drawbacks to that quirk would also increase, they can only do this for about ten minutes before the quirk wears off. They can only copy a quirk at a time.
