Chapter Nine: Phoenix vs Dragon and a loss 

(Before we start the rateing game went the same as the anime except for one detail that you'll see later)

POV (Y/N)
I'm currently laying in bed...alone Rayner had some fallen business to take care of and wouldn't be back till morning and my other two girlfriends are in a rateing game, and as much as I would love to see it my presence could unnerve the other devils so I stayed home damn politics, it was all quiet till and green orb came from no where and thinking it was an attack and call Incursio for him to say
"This power is that you Ddrag?"
"Hello lord Incursio, lord (Y/N) sorry to intrude but it's an emergency"
"What's wrong and where's Issei?"
(A\N Issei would have awoken him during training)
"That's the emergency" he said in a sad tone
"You see Riser cheated and altered the teleportation system and made it so he could kill Issei"
"And as you can see it worked" said in a even sadder tone
"He may have been a perv but he had a good heart and the soul of a true dragon" I say in a scarily calm voice
"Hey Ddrag how bout you and I become partners?"
"Strong you my be your body can't handle having two sacred gears at once"
"Actually he can" Glacia chimed in
"Lady Glacia is that you what are you doing with Incursio and (Y/N)!!!" He yells in surprise
"I'll tell you later I came here to keep my host from leveling the town" she said as the two other dragons now notice that I'm seconds from blowing up
"So let's become partners and get some pay back"
I say looking up with tears in my eyes, like I said he was a perv but I liked the guy he was like my goofy little brother that I always have to scold
"If you think you can do it then I'll give it a try"
He says before flying into my left hand and I feel incredible power and pain but I'm to focused to care
"I can't believe this it work congrats partner you are now the Red and Silver Dragon Emperor, how do you feel?"
3rd Person POV
As (Y/N) looked up his right eye was blue with a black cross like it always has but his left was pure green
"Great" said in a voice resembling that of a dragon
POV (Y/N)
The power is incredible but no time for that "I need to get to the underworld if only one of the Devils"
I was interrupted by the Gremory circle forming in my room
"Speak the devils name and he shall appear" I say as I see Grayfia with a worried look
"Good evening Lord (Y/N) I'll sorry to"
I cut her off
"Ddrag told me and I'm guessing Sirzech wants me to crash the party?"
She looks confused till she looks at my left arm and sees Ddrags' glove
"How"
"I'll tell you later do you have a way I can get into the underworld?"
She nods then hands me a slip of paper and bows and leaves
"Hey Ddrag how far can I push your power?" I ask
"In the state you are in now you can Balance brake and go juggernaut" he says in amazement
"Good I'll be relying you during this"
"During what?"
"Pay back" I say before getting dressed and using the paper to teleport
POV Rias
Me, Akeno, Akame, and Koneko are all standing in wedding dresses because Riser manipulated the contact get all the girls in my peerage but we're not worried for two reasons we're still in shock that Issei died and because we know (Y/N) will save us
"Why don't any of you look upset?" asked Ravel Risers' little sister
"We have a guest coming to save us" I say and the others nod but before she can ask it's time for us to go we're all teleported to the stage in the Phoenix hall
"Greetings all and thank you for" he's then cut off by the doors flying off their hinges and a suffocating pressure making us all fall to our knees
"RISER PHOENIX!!!" Roared a dragon like voice but it was familiar
POV (Y/N) few minutes ago
I'm been teleported out side a mansion with fire everywhere but my goal is the party hall I approach the door and a guard yelled for me to stop but instead I answered with
WELSH DRAGON: BALANCE BRAKER
And send him and anyone else that gets in my way flying
Time skip out side the main hall doors
Finally I can smell Rais and the others Ddrag told me Riser manipulated the contract to get all the girls which only pissed me off more I then kick in the door yelling
"RISER PHOENIX!!!"
Everyone is on their knees looking at me with fear
"Issei?!?!" Rias yells from the stage
"Sorry but no wrong dragon" I say as my helmet disappears showing my very pissed off face
"I'll explain later but for now" I look at Riser
"You I change you to a fight to the death!!" I yell
