chemistry isn't as boring as it used to be
i now finally have something to look to look
forward to everyday.
i enter his classroom for a second time,
maybe earlier than i usually would have
but that doesn't matter
he's sitting there like always behind his desk
with a pencil in his hand and glasses on top of his head

say something my brains telling me
but what do i say
i'm speechless
maybe i'm just in awe of his looks and
mysterious manner

but my trouble was saved for me
as he opened his mouth and utters out to me
'good morning' he smirks and looks down at my skirt knowingly.

'i like your green shirt' i blurted out as a briefly looked down.

SHIT why did i say that
oh no
no no no
i've screwed it up now

'oh you like it?'
'it's brand new'
he pauses
'the colour of it reminds me of your eyes'

i start to blush and sweep my long brown hair out of my eyes and stare at him.

'sir?' i ask temptingly
he gazes up at me focusing
'would you mind helping me with page 101?'
i 'struggled with it last night and i can't quite seem to get the answers.'

he gives a short giggle
and said
'i presume your free after school today?'
'yes'
'alright just come by this classroom when it hits 4 o'clock okay?'
he chances another peek down at my lower half
while i bite my lip and
reply
'of course'
i walk to my desk and sit down
running everything over in my mind.

i really did need help with page 101.
i swear.
