Chapter 7 - I will always love you

That was when my life was changed forever. All I heard was a loud bang and I completely blacked out.

**Time skip**

I woke up in a hospital bed with may wires connected to me and I was very confused. I looked to my side and I saw Roger just sitting there reading a book. I tried to speak but my mouth was just too dry to make a word so instead I let out a small timid moan. He looked quickly at me and started smiling and there were tears collecting in his eyes.

"Oh my lord you are still alive the doctors said you wouldn't at all om my gosh I love you so much" Tears slowly went down his face and he gave me a long kiss on the lip while I just lay there unable to do anything even moving.

I managed to swallow and form a few words,

"What happened, why am I here?" 

That was at the very moment when a nurse came in. She had an expression of shock on her face 

"Your awake that is unbelievable I bet you have no idea of what happened to you right?" I just couldn't anymore so I said in a serious voice

 "What happened? Why am I here?" The nurse and Roger looked at each other for a long time and finally Roger broke the silence by saying,

"There was a terrorist attack". That was not what I had expected then the nurse said the obvious "You were stuck in the middle and got badly injured. You will be here for a few weeks".

I saw that coming and it was ok with me at least I was getting better. And least I knew that Roger was going to come sometimes to see me and support me. I didn't even need to ask if he was going to come and see me often I knew that he was he was going to. That was when my parents decided to ruin the moment and my feeling of love by barging into the room and staring at me. It was actually very awkward and I was hoping that they were not going to question why there was a guy in my room. But not helps get pleased because my mum asked,

"Who is that man sitting next to my daughters bed, and don't say a doctor"

The nurse had to be honest and tell them "He claims to be this lady's lover"

Embarrassment covered me from head to toe because I never told them about Roger "Thanks for telling me that I think me and y/n have to have a long chat about this. Alone."

I think she purposely but emphasises on alone to make everyone leave but before everyone left the nurse chimed in and said "Don't put y/n under too much stress it is not so good for her health now". My mum gave a stare at her that was like she didn't care less and she was going to do what she was going to do.

One everyone left my mum said "Now its a great time for a nice long chat isn't that right"
