Chapter 3

Wanda's POV

It's been a few weeks since I moved to Forks and things have been very strange. Edward left school after the first day and hasn't been back, it's strange really I have a feeling of missing him even though we have never really talked. I have become really good friends with Bella and she has even started seeing Rick, I think they are so cute together but sickly annoying
Right now I am sitting in the cafeteria with my friends

"I love your outfit Wanda" Jessica says to me, honestly I think it could be the nicest thing she has said to me. I look down at my outfit for the day

"Thank you" I say back to her, she smiles at me

The bells rings and I know that it is time that I have to face Biology, I get up throwing my lunch in the trash and then walk to Biology with Mike and Eric

When I get their I walk inside and stop short at the door. Edward Cullen is sat in his seat, he looks over at me. I walk over to my seat and sit down, I don't look at him I just get my work out.

Mr Molina starts the lesson and gets us set on a task to complete

"Ladies first" Edward says, I look at him

"So your actually talking to me now" I say and grab the microscope looking into it

"I'm sorry I was so rude the first time we met" he tells me

"It's anaphase" I say looking at him

"Mind if I check" he asks, I shake my head. He grabs the microscope from me and our hands touch it's like sparks, my hands glow red. I pull hand away and put them under the table

"What was that" he asks curiously with his eye brows raised

"Noting" I hiss back, we go quiet

"I'm sorry" I says guilty

"It's ok" he replies

I take a deep breath.

"I'm Wanda by the way" I say, he looks at me with a small smile

"I know, everyone has been talking about you and your brother. It's very distracting, I'm Edward" he says back

"I know, seems like everyone talks about you as well. The hot single Cullen who isn't interested in any girl in the school, Jessica seems quite sad about that" I say, he lets out a huge laugh other students look at us

"Would you maybe like to go out with me" Edward suddenly says, I look up at him

"What like on a date" I say back, laughing Edward replies

"Yes like a date" I look at him, thinking. What could possibly go wrong

"Sure why not" I say back to him, he nods his head

"How about at 7pm, I pick you up from you home" he says, I nod my head and give him my address.

After class me and Edward leave together talking, we walk to the parking lot to his car where his siblings are and they all look at me it starts to make me nervous. I play with my fingers

"I better get going but I'll see you at 7" I say to Edward, he nods his head to me

"I'll see you then" he says back with a smile

I start walking to my car when u hear the sound of a car skidding, I look over to see it heading towards Bella

"Bella look out" I say and start to run over but Edward grabs me. I see Rick speed over to her

He grabs her and pulls her out of the way, he was to fast for human eyes but I feel Edward stiffen so I know that he must have seen. I struggle out of his grasp and rush over to them

"Rick Bella" I say when I get to them

"We are fine Wanda" he says to me with Bella in his arms looking at him

That's when all the madness happens, everyone comes rushing over and starts panicking. Me and Rick move out of the way

"Bella Bella I have an ambulance on the phone" Angela says kneeling next to her, Bella nods her head still looking at Rick

When the ambulance arrive Rick goes with Bella but not before telling me to go home, I nod my head to him and head to my car. I get inside and head home

When I get home my parents are sat cuddled together in the living room

"We have a problem" I say to them, they both sit up

"What's happened" my dad says in a worried voice

"I think Rick may have exposed us to Bella" my parents look at each other and I know this isn't going to be good
