It's been nine months since Linguini is pregnant, the baby could come at any moment. However while Linguini was cooking with Remy he starts to feel pain. Some seconds pass and some water comes out of Linguini. The baby was coming. Everyone in the kitchen starts to freak out, one of the chefs takes Remy and Linguini and brings then to the car. He starts driving to the hospital. Linguini screams of pain while Remy and the chef freak out. They finally arrive to the hospital. The nurses take Linguini to a birth room and make Remy and the chef wait in the hospital's corridor. We can only hear screams coming from the room but after some time, we can hear a baby crying.
Remy starts crying of joy, he was officially a dad. Some time passed and the nurse calls the dad to the birth room. When Remy sees the baby he makes a big smile and hugs it with Linguini. The baby was a small rat with a human face. They were really happy cause the baby looked like bolt of them. They decided to call him Juan.
