Paul

I rub my swollen stomach and let out a small sigh. "What's wrong Ari? Are you hurting?" Emmett asks kneeling by my side. Looking towards my husband with a small smile, I shake my head. "No. I'm just thinking about what's it going to be like when there's two little pairs of feet running around the house...Even if I'm not there to witness it." Emmett gently takes my hand in his and presses a kiss to my knuckle. "I promise you will be there to see our son or daughter grow up." He says. Happily I lean up and press a kiss to his lips. "Bath time!" With a small sigh I pull away and look towards Rosalie and Alice. "Where's Bella?" I ask attempting to get up off the couch. "Ultrasound with Edward, she's hoping to know the babies gender and he's hoping it isn't too late to abort." Rose says rolling her eyes. With one final push and the help of Emmett I'm up off the couch and walking towards the girls. "We got her Emmett." Alice says as Emmett goes to follow. Sending Emmett a smile I allow the girls to take me into the bathroom.

"When is he going to learn that Bella's not going to get rid of her own child?" I question leaning back into the tub allowing the soapy water to cleanse me. "I don't know, but hopefully soon." Rose says rolling her golden colored eyes. "Oh by the way Paul's coming today, he's not happy." Alice says as she begins washing my hair with a lavender scented soap. "Oh yay! More drama." I say sarcasm dripping from my tongue. "It'll be alright, I can tell. Just don't let him get to you." Alice assures a happy smile on her face. Right after saying that the doorbell rings. "Well might as well greet our guest." I go to get up only to fail majorly. Looking up at the obviously amused vampires I let out a sigh and hold up my arms. "Help me please."

After taking an extra ten minutes just to get dressed Alice and Rose lead me out of the bathroom to greet Paul.  As we make our way into the room I watch carefully as Paul's mouth drops open in shock and a confused look crosses his face. Emmett quickly comes to my side and takes me away from his sisters gently leading me to the familiar couch that I've been on for the past few days. "They're both pregnant!?!" Paul exclaims angrily causing the baby to jolt and hit me. Hearing a crack I let out a gasp and grip onto Emmett's arm tight. "Carlisle!" Emmett calls out gently laying me onto the couch and lifting up my sweater to inspect the damage. Within seconds the whole family is in the room looking at me in worry. "What happened?" Carlisle asks gently prodding at my sore ribs with his cold hand. "Paul yelled causing the baby to jolt and crack one of Aria's ribs." Emmett explains shooting a nasty glare at Paul. "She'll be fine, her powers are helping with the healing process and it seems as the child is helping also, somehow." Puzzled I place my hand on my stomach and let out a breathless laugh. "You're trying to make mommy better aren't ya?" "Aria..." quickly I look up remembering that Paul was here and send the hot head a smile. "We'll leave you two to talk. Call if you need us." Within seconds everyone's gone leaving just Paul and I in the room.

what feels like eternity but in reality was just a few minutes Paul breaks the silence with a sigh. "What?" I ask narrowing my eyes at my best friend. "I'm just shocked that...you...are pregnant." He says coming forward. "I mean I already knew about Bella, but you...you will die Ari." His voice cracks on the word die making me smile gently. "Paul I promise you I'm not going anywhere, unless the pack kills me that is." I say shooting him a look. Laughing nervously he scratched the back of his neck. "I'm sorry, Ari. If I had known..." "Known that it wasn't just Bella." I let out a snort of anger. "You were going to kill my sister Paul, all because she got pregnant. Well guess what now I'm under a death sentence also, because I'm not giving up my baby, no matter what you or the pack says." At this point I am glaring at the tan boy. "I'm not going to let them hurt you...or Bella, I promise." "How do you plan on doing that Paul? You're literally under the command of the man trying to kill this family." I spit out. "I'm leaving. I'm going to join Jake, Seth, and Leah...I refuse to let you or that th-baby get hurt." He says taking my small cold hand in his giant warm one. "I promise." Smiling I reach over and hug him, careful with my large stomach. "I missed you Paul, thank you." "Anything for you Ari, anything for you."

After catching up, Paul left to gather his things and say goodbye to his pack mates. Now Bella, Edward who somehow learned to love the babies, Rose, Emmett, and I are talking about baby names. "What about for a boy Ej, and for a girl Renesmee?" Looking at Bella with a smile, I nod my head. "Unique. I like that." "What about you Ari, any names?" Looking at my sister I nod my head. "Emmett and I have been talking and we agreed that he would name the baby if it's a boy and I would name it if it's a girl." By this point Rose and Bella were jumping in joy. "Well...What are the names?" Bella asks impatiently making Edward chuckle and grab her hand. "Well for a boy Emmett decided on Levi Carson Cullen." Looking at them I notice the happy approving smiles. "Who knew Emmett was good at names." Rose snorts making Emmett glare at her playfully. "And for a girl..." Laughing I shake my head at my sisters eagerness. "Well like you I was playing with some names and came up with Jalisper Belle Cullen." "You used my name." States with a happy smile. "Yeah, I figured it would go well with Jalisper so..." "It's beautiful, Ari." Edward says a gentle smile on his face. Finally after some much pain and drama something normal and peaceful. "Can't wait to hear what Jake and Paul say about our names." Bella laughs agreeing. "Guess we'll find out tomorrow."
