car ride part two

The group was in the car and wildcard was driving because nick said so.

"Look, people." Missy said.

Wildcard stopped the car and the group got out of the car.

They were crazy homeless people.

"I am joerad. Me and my band of highway warriors control this territory. Do you have any food?" Joerad said.

"Uh no that's why we're on the road." Wildcard said.

"Then you may not pass until you answer the following question. Name something you take on a picnic." Joerad said.

"A blanket." Poppy said.

"Potato salad." Nick said.

"Chicken." Branch said.

"A dead bellwether." Judy said.

"We're gonna go with potato salad." Wildcard said.

"Show me potato salad." The man said pointing to nothing pretending there's a screen.

Missy and wildcard were confused.

The homeless people were looking at nothing.

"Maybe we should go now." Wildcard whispered to missy.

The group walked quietly back to the car.
