Here's part one of my RWBY oneshots. All critisim is welcome as long as it isnt hate. I'm still new to writing so don't judge the quality of this too harshly.

"Sorry, Yang, I know we had plans for tonight but Blake's taking me out to Vale for dinner and tonight is the only night she could get us a reservation for the restaurant as it's fully booked most of the year. I was really looking forward to tonight but I hope we can reschedule?" Ruby apologised to Yang over her scroll.

It had been like this for the past few weeks. Ruby would make plans to spend time with Yang but she would always cancel at the last minute to go out with Blake. At first Yang was fine with it, she was happy that her siser had found herself a girlfriend, but as the weeks passed and it became a repetitive occurance she started to think that Ruby no longer wanted to spend any time with her.

Yang put on a false smile and replied, "It's fine, we can just do what I had planned another night." "Thank you Yang, and again I'm really sorry abo-" Yang hung up her scroll to stop Ruby from continuing and to prevent her from seeing the tears start to fall down her cheeks. However this act didn't stop a certain icy heiress from witness the blondes tears from the small gap in the door.

Weiss entered the dorm and snuck up behind Yang as she silently wept. Weiss wrapped her in a tight hug this caused her to tense up until she realised who it was. Yang turned around to face Weiss. "It feels like she doesn't care about me anymore, Weiss" Yang asked. "Yang, I'm sure that's not the case. She has a girlfriend now so she is going to have less time to spend with you and this is all new to her so she isn't very good at organising her time well." Weiss comforted her girlfriend. Yang's sobbing was reduced to mere crying thanks to the comfort of Weiss. "It's just, I feel like a failure of an older sister if I can't do anything special for her!" "You are not a failure! You are a perfect older sister! Ruby loves you. Everything you do for her is special. She just doesn't realise that she is ignoring you. I'm sure once she realises that, she will coming running back here to you." Weiss reassured her.

"Thank you, Weiss."

"It's okay, Yang."

"Weiss?"

"Yes, Yang?"

"I love you."

"I love you too, Yang."

Yang leant down and connected her lips with Weiss' own in a short, sweet and loving kiss. They separated from each other slowly neither wanting to leave the ithers embrace. It was at this moment that Ruby bolted through the door. She saw Yang and threw herself at her, while apologising profusely, "Blake managed to get our reservations moved to next week so that I didn't have to cancel ob you again. I'm so sorry for always canceling on you Yang. It's just I only started dating Blake recently and I want to spend time with her but I don't want to ignore you. I'm so sorry, Yang! I'm sorry!"

"It's okay Ruby I understand. You and Blake are together now and you're not always going to have time for me, it's the same with me and Weiss but I would appreciate it if we could both set aside time for the two of us to spend time together."

"Of course, Yang." Ruby replied.

Weiss started making her way to the door, "I'm going to let you two have some time together and see if I can find Blake." Weiss told the two sisters.

Yang shouted, "Thank you, princess!"

Weiss gave Yang a small smile and a wink then left the room. As the door to the dorm room closed Yang looked down at her crimson haired sister who had cried herself to sleep. She kissed the top of her head and whispered, "I love you, Ruby" before drifting of to join her sister in sleep.
