When all of your flaws

wonderful part of the mess that we've made
it kissed your scalp and corressed your brain
from time to time we fall in line
but now it seems that we are blind
who knows how long I've been awake now
with everything falling down around me
I'd like to believe in all the possibilites
if I just lay here

where villains spend the weekend
the deep end
it was a flood that wrecked this heart

and hope to die
if you catch me in a white lie
tell me what you want to hear
