the next day jeongin wakes up to the sound of japanese music playing and slowly opens his eyes to look at what the source is. fairy tail, an anime he hasn't personally watched but he's seen that people have mixed feelings about it. he tries to subtly turn his head to see chris watching it intensely. jeongin can't help but stare, this man who's in trapped in the story of these fictional characters, smiling at the faces he makes.
as jeongin watches he slowly realizes what happened the night before and his face goes hot.
oh god.. that didn't happen... it didn't. no it didn't, it couldn't have.. i must've dreamt it.
he wants to ask but just the thought makes him feel sick. slowly, he reaches forward and pats chris' head, making the other jump from the sudden contact. jeongin smiles.
"good morning."
chris smiles back, "good morning! want me to make you something for breakfast?"
jeongin sits up and stretches his arms and legs out and nods.
"strawberries..?" he asks with a shy smile as he chews his bottom lip.
chris stares and nods. he gets up and walks to the kitchen, flashing images of jeongin from the night before in his head. the image of jeongin biting his bottom lip automatically reminded him of the night before.
as he cuts the strawberries he can't help but cut them into hearts. he knows it's stupid but he just can't help it, he doesn't even know what he wants to gain from doing this.
jeongin watches chris walk towards him with a smile.
i want this to be our life forever.
